General Hospital Comings and Goings: Cassandra James Joins The Cast!

General Hospital comings and goings indicate that fans will soon be seeing a new face in Port Charles very soon. In fact, reports say that actress Cassandra James has joined the cast.

Cassandra will be playing a character named Terry. She’s Elizabeth’s best friend who just happens to show up at her doorstep right before Elizabeth’s wedding to Franco. This leaves Elizabeth in shock, as she hasn’t seen her in several years.

In fact, the unexpected reunion has already been teased in a General Hospital promo clip that was released earlier this week.

If fans recognize Cassandra, that’s because she has a strong following on all of her social media accounts, including on Instagram. The American-Canadian actress also had a small role on the film, Roobha.

Seeing how this is Cassandra’s first major television role, it will be interesting to see how she fairs in the daytime soap world. Who knows, we might be seeing more of her in the future. After all, many actors and actresses have used daytime television as a stepping stone to their Hollywood careers.

In addition to Cassandra joining the show, Liz’s son Cameron has been recast as well. The role now belongs to newcomer Cade McWatt. Viewers can expect to see Cassandra make her debut in the next couple of days.
