General Hospital Comings and Goings: Casey Biggs Joins The Cast

General Hospital spoilers indicate that fans will soon be seeing a new face in Port Charles. That’s because actor Casey Biggs has joined the cast!

According to General Hospital spoilers, Casey will be playing a new character by the name of Dr. Lasaris. He will be a doctor that will be working at Ferncliff, which is the mental institution that Carly (Laura Wright) has been at for several weeks now.

If Casey looks familiar, that’s because he’s a television veteran who has been around for several decades now. Some of his most recent television movies and series have included Elementary, Person of Interest, For the People, Major Crimes, Without A Trace and much more.

For some eagle-eyed and long time Port Charles fans, they will probably notice that this isn’t Casey Biggs’ first time on General Hospital. As a matter of fact, he first played the role of Chad Wainwright years ago. Talk about coming full circle!

It’ll be interesting to see him in his new role and of course, see what the doctor has in store for Carly. After all, she’s desperate to get out of Ferncliff and is willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. She’s not insane, but she’s slowly but surely getting there.

Fans will just have to tune in to find out what will happen next!Casey will be taping his first episodes soon, which should air in the next several weeks. We’ll be on the lookout. General Hospital airs weekdays on the ABC network.
