EastEnders Spoilers: Phil Mitchell Helps Kim In Surprising Baby Christmas Drama

In “EastEnders,” Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) learned she is pregnant with her second child earlier this year. Now, in upcoming scenes, Kim unexpectedly goes into labor. Spoilers reveal a first look at the moment that Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) supports her through labor while they are accidentally locked up in the Minute Mart storeroom after an incident.

On Christmas Eve, Phil and Kim are trying to find a way out at the shop, but they end up stuck together in the storeroom. Since they are the only ones in the storeroom, Phil is forced to help her deliver the baby safely.

Meanwhile, Kim’s sister Denise Fox (Diane Parish) went on being concerned when she realizes that Kim is not around during the Albert Square’s carol concert.

Soon afterward, she decides to look for her sister and shockingly found an ambulance outside the Minute Mart while seeing Kim with her baby, who are both in good condition. It’s not actually the first time Kim has given birth in an ideal setting.

Kim and Denise thank Phil for his help as they head to the hospital, and as Christmas is just around the corner, Kim decides to host another day for the family due to her giving birth and invites Phil along with Dennis.

“We wanted to make the scene right, we didn’t want it to become pantomime-like. Obviously, our characters are very different, and we don’t always mix together in the show but I think we did it justice and we both really enjoyed it,” Kim said.

Phil’s involvement in the downfall of Kim’s husband, Vincent, earlier this year, is something Kim is still unaware of. Because of that, Phil has felt like helping Kim in delivering her baby safely is not enough payback because he owes her a lot.

But as Kim looks to the future with her two children, has she already forgotten her husband or is another lie just about to be exposed? How will Kim cope with a toddler and a new baby without her husband?
