EastEnders Spoilers: Mick Carter’s Desperate Move – Will The Carters Lose The Queen Vic For Good?

EastEnders Spoilers: Mick Carter's Desperate Move - Will The Carters Lose The Queen Vic For Good?Soap spoilers tease this week the moment of truth arrives for the proud, multigenerational Carter family on EastEnders. Will they succeed in keeping their Queen Vic pub/home? In all honesty, it doesn’t look good as Mick’s (Danny Dyer) latest effort to cough up the cash has gone bust.

When Mick and some other Walford men threw in with shady Aiden (Patrick Bergin) thinking they’d make a quick buck, they never dreamed of the shambolic troubles they’d encounter instead. Not only did they wind up with zero money after their crafty plan went awry, Mick got shot in the process, adding insult to injury.

You could argue that his heart was in the right place, since he agreed to the illegal activity in a bid to keep his family ensconced in their home and business, Albert Square’s iconic Queen Vic pub.

He owes a wad of money to slick Fi Browning (Lisa Faulkner) and the blonde shark will surely bite as soon as the payment deadline arrives.

So Mick does what any panicked patriarch would do: he lies to his family about their situation. No problem, he says, I’ve got this!

There is a problem however, since some are starting to think that Mick really does have the missing money on EastEnders. The theory is that he was the most desperate of the men, and so would have the greatest motive to steal. Will Phil (Steve McFadden) do something rash to get even with Mick?

EastEnders spoilers tease before Phil can make a move, Mick himself does something he may well regret. When he hears his wife and mom worrying about the dire circumstances the family faces, Mick turns to Vincent (Richard Blackwood) of all people.

After their encounter Mick is left feeling better and there’s a glimmer of hope on the horizon. But it’s a short-lived relief; soon Mick is right back to being bereft. Mick and Linda (Kellie Bright) start to prepare for the worst on EastEnders.

Be sure to tune in January 26 when the deadline hits home. Literally. Will the Carter’s be homeless, or is there a last minute miracle in the works?
