EastEnders Spoilers: Max Branning Devastated – Walford Turns Their Back On Him

EastEnders spoilers indicate that Max Branning’s return home to Walford has been anything but a pleasant one. As a matter of fact, the troublesome EastEnders character quickly finds out that no one in Walford is willing to give him the character reference that he needs, as he’s looking to adopt baby Abi, leaving him frustrated and reeling at the same time.

According to EastEnders spoilers, Max finds out that he has a long way to go before he can officially adopt his granddaughter Abi. This is because the entire town of Walford has turned against him after his horrible revenge plot went wrong last year. And now his plans of raising little Abi by himself have also gone wrong, as he is desperately trying to win his family back.

If that weren’t enough, Max also married his sister-in-law Rainie Cross in his bid to convince social services that the baby will be better off with him. Unfortunately, no one in town is willing to give him a character reference, as the memory of what he did last year is still fresh in everyone’s minds.

Max is desperate and even heads off to his ex-lover Carmel Kazemi to ask for help. Yet Carmel has no time for him and also wants nothing to do with him, especially since she is still grieving the death of her son Shakil. EastEnders spoilers show that she brutally tells him that he’s had plenty of chances in life, but messed up on each and every one of them. Max is now hopeless with nowhere to turn and no one to go to.
