Did General Hospital’s Anna Really Willingly Sleep With Faison?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that fans are worried that the show’s producers and writers might be rewriting history once again. That’s because, for some viewers, it doesn’t make sense that someone like Anna (Finola Hughes) voluntarily slept with Faison. (Anders Hove) Yet, the two had a child together that has been Port Charles’ best-kept secret for many years.

Of course, this is not the first time that viewers are accusing General Hospital writers of rewriting history. This time last year it was suggested that Anna was not a virgin when she first hooked up with Robert. (Tristan Rogers) That’s because she apparently slept with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) while he was training for WSB. Fans were happy when they learned it was actually Anna’s twin Alex who really slept with Valentin at the time.

And now it’s been suggested that Anna slept with Faison while at the WSB Academy despite the fact that she’s always been disgusted with him. Some viewers are confused as to why someone like Anna would do something so utterly bizarre like sleep with a man just so she could learn all of his secrets. It just seems so out of character for Anna!

Then again, there’s also the possibility that Faison might have violated Anna without her consent or brainwashed her. The only way we will learn the truth is if Anna confesses. What we do know is that Faison was always obsessed with Anna and that she always found him to be frightening. General Hospital viewers just don’t believe that Anna would voluntarily sleep with her enemy. For a lot of viewers, it just seems very out of character for her.
