Days of Our Lives Weekly Spoilers June 18 to 22: Lani Faces Risky C-Section, Kayla Nearly Loses Her – Baby’s Death Brings Heartbreak

“Days of Our Lives” (DOOL) spoilers for the week of June 18-22 tease that Lani (Sal Stowers) will face a terrifying ordeal. After her cramps intensify, JJ (Casey Moss) will rush Lani to the hospital. Once Eli (Lamon Archey) hears the news, he’ll scramble to be by Lani’s side. The father-to-be will naturally be worried about both Lani and their child.

After Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) examines Lani, she’ll insist that they have to deliver this baby. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say that’ll be a real shock to Lani, Eli and even JJ. It’s too soon for this, but the kid’s coming whether they like it or not.

The risks are greater with a premature birth, but Eli will keep hope alive. He’ll assure Lani that she’s going to get through this and so will the baby. Kayla will schedule an emergency C-section right away.

Once all the preparations have been made, Lani will be wheeled into surgery. She’ll admit that she’s scared, but Eli will give her another pep talk. He’ll just want Lani to relax and trust her doctors.

In the waiting area, Eli will deal with a flood of emotions. “Days” spoilers say he’ll definitely be worried, but he won’t let himself fear the worst. Eli will try to stay positive as he leans on his loved ones. Valerie (Vanessa Antoine) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will be there to provide plenty of support. Abe (James Reynolds), Doug (Bill Hayes) and JJ (Casey Moss) will be on hand as well.

DOOL’s weekly preview video even shows Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), Eric (Greg Vaughan), Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin). They have a celebratory dinner coming up, so they’ll probably be at Doug’s Place when Julie gets updates.

Instead of sitting around and doing nothing, they’ll head over to the hospital. It couldn’t hurt to have a few more people in Lani’s corner.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say the whole gang will gather in a circle and hold hands. Eric will lead a heartfelt prayer as they await word from Kayla. Meanwhile, Kayla will nearly lose Lani on the operating table. She’ll manage to save her patient in the end, but the baby won’t survive.
