Days of Our Lives Weekly Spoilers January 22 to 26: John’s Poisoning Steve, Culprit Struggles with Guilt – Shocking Explanation Ahead

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of January 22-26 reveal that John (Drake Hogestyn) is keeping a big secret from his loved ones. However, Steve’s (Steven Nichols) the person most affected by what John’s hiding. DOOL fans know Steve’s been experiencing some strange symptoms. He can’t seem to figure out what’s causing his dizzy spells and blurry vision.

It turns out John is to blame for Steve’s difficulties. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that John is poisoning his best bud! There’s no word yet on the reason for John’s actions, so this is quite a mystery. Why would John want to hurt Steve like this? He’s obviously got some sort of agenda, but at least he’ll be pretty torn about it.

“Days” spoilers state that John will drug another one of Steve’s drinks this week. When Steve complains about more symptoms, John will look a bit guilty. Steve will wonder what’s up, but John will do a good job covering. He’ll even hide his plan from Marlena (Deidre Hall), so this must be a big deal.

John will consider telling Marlena the reason he’s targeting Steve, but he’ll eventually decide to keep it to himself. He’ll feel like Marlena will be safer if she’s kept in out of the loop. It’s possible that someone’s blackmailing John. If not, maybe he believes Steve is a threat somehow.

Perhaps Steve and John just aren’t on the same page about each other’s secrets. Whatever the case, “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say things are going to get interesting. Steve will struggle to make sense of why this is happening to him. He’ll ultimately choose to confess his issues to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans).

Unfortunately, Kayla won’t be able to offer much help. She’ll check Steve out, but she won’t discover anything out of the ordinary. Kayla will think Steve needs to get examined at the eye doctor and go from there. She probably won’t believe it’s anything serious at this point.
