Days of Our Lives Star Linsey Godfrey Is Getting Ready For Surgery

Days of Our Lives star Linsey Godfrey is prepping for an important surgery right before the holidays. The actress, who is best known for her role as Sarah Horton, got into a terrible car accident several years ago. Unfortunately, she hasn’t fully recovered which means that she still has another procedure she must undergo before getting back to her old self.

The beautiful brunette took to her Twitter account to update her fans on her status. And while having surgery right before the holidays might not be an ideal time for her (or anyone else for that matter), Linsey knows she needs to do what’s best for her health.

The actress wrote, “Oh what’s that Linsey you’re getting the metal taken out of your left leg tomorrow? Oh, better be careful with it then! Oh no? Let’s just run your shinbone so hard into the corner of the bed that you can barely walk on it before your surgery instead? Oh awesome great idea genius.”

A lot of Linsey’s fans shared their well wishes. Some wrote, “Omg please be careful. Ouch! The very best of luck to you tomorrow with your surgery. Hope all goes well and you are able to heal quickly. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.”

Another fan said, “Sending love and prayers. Hope your surgery goes smoothly and you have a speedy recovery. Xoxo.”
