Days of Our Lives Spoilers Wednesday, July 4: Grieving Lani Leans on JJ – Eve Drops A Bomb – Will and Sonny Avert Disaster

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Wednesday, July 4, tease that Lani (Sal Stowers) will continue to struggle with grief and pain. She was devastated by the loss of her baby boy, so she’s really having a rough time right now. Eli (Lamon Archey) has been offering plenty of support, but Lani could always use more. Luckily, JJ (Casey Moss) will arrive and provide another shoulder to cry on.

Lani will open up about all the sorrow she’s dealing with. She never expected things to turn out like this, but she’ll still feel to blame. Since Lani didn’t want to be pregnant in the beginning, she’ll think she somehow caused this nightmare.

Of course, “Days” spoilers state that JJ will shut down that idea. He’ll suggest that Lani would’ve been an amazing, devoted mom. JJ won’t want Lani to feel responsible, especially when he holds himself at fault. He’ll give Lani a sincere apology on Wednesday and hope that she forgives him.

JJ was a little harsh with Lani right before she went into premature labor. He’ll fear that he brought all this on and led to Lani’s current suffering. However, Lani won’t blame JJ at all. She’ll assure him that there’s nothing to forgive, so hopefully they can both understand this was simply a tragedy. No one could’ve prevented the loss, which means they need to let go of their guilt.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Lani and JJ will share some warm moments. Are they on the verge of a reunion? They might reach that point one day, but it’s going to take some time. Lani has a lot to process before she can even think about romance.

Over with Sonny (Freddie Smith), he’ll fib to Paul (Christopher Sean) in hopes of shooing him away. Will (Chandler Massey) will also tell a tall tale to Maggie (Suzanne Rogers). Once Sonny and Will reconvene, they’ll get back down to business. They’ll work on covering up Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) death, but the DOOL drama could get worse before long.

Finally, “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say some shockers will hit at Tate’s (Colin and Schroeder) custody hearing. Eve (Kassie DePaiva) will produce a stunning witness, which could be Maggie or Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin). They’ll both get in on this mess eventually, but Chloe would arguably give the most surprising testimony.

Ted (Gilles Marini) will come out swinging with some major dirt, so Brady had better be ready. Between his drinking and his involvement in the aftermath of Deimos’ (Vincent Irizarry) murder, scoring custody could become more difficult.
