Y&R Alum Stacy Haiduk Takes Over Eileen Davidson’s DOOL Role

It’s out with the old, and in with the new! Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that newcomer Stacy Haiduk will be taking over Eileen Davidson’s role as Kristen Blake DiMera. Eileen was best known for the role on the hit NBC show, along with the character’s lookalikes, Susan, Mary Moira, Thomas and Penelope Banks from 1993 until 2017.

Stacy Haiduk is best known for her roles on The Young and the Restless and All My Children. And from what we already know, she’s on the Days set and already taping episodes with the rest of the cast.

The news will come as a shock for many daytime television fans, as Eileen herself has hinted that she would like to come back to Days of Our Lives. There have even been rumors circulating that she quit The Young and the Restless just so she could focus on the NBC soap instead. But now that her role has been filled by another actress, it looks like that’s not going to happen anytime soon!

Furthermore, it does seem as do producers are quite happy with the new Kim on the set. One tipster even told Daytime Confidential, “Stacy is killing it on Days. Maybe they can create a new role for Eileen?”

So far Eileen hasn’t made any comments about her future on daytime television. Either way, fans will be interested to see how Stacy will handle her new role as Kristen.
