Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Monday, September 17 – Hattie and Marlena’s Swap Revealed – Sami and Belle Face Backlash – Ben Begs Ciara

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Monday, September 17, tease that Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) friends and family members are in for a big surprise. They’re expecting Marlena to simply slip away, but she’ll make a miraculous recovery instead. As DOOL fans might expect, there’ll be a catch. It turns out Marlena isn’t really Marlena and she won’t be for quite a while.

John (Drake Hogestyn) was desperate for a solution to his problem, so he launched a top-secret plan to switch Marlena for Hattie (Deidre Hall). Since Hattie’s been stuck at Statesville, she was more than willing to play along. The swap happened off screen, but “Days” will explain all the details soon enough. Roman (Josh Taylor) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) pitched in to help John pull it off.

If you’re wondering where Marlena went, she’s on another floor of the hospital. Kayla made sure this very important patient couldn’t be found – at least not easily. They still run the risk of getting caught and losing Marlena anyway, but Kayla will do everything in her power to keep their scheme under wraps.

In the meantime, Hattie will offer a cheerful greeting. She’ll pose as Marlena and let everyone know she’s feeling just fine. However, DOOL spoilers state that Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Belle (Martha Madison) will face backlash. “Marlena” will accuse them both of trying to kill her in one way or another. Hattie will thoroughly enjoy inflicting pain during what should’ve been a happy moment!

Other “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) will beg Ciara (Victoria Konefal) to believe him. He’ll insist that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) set him up, but Ciara won’t be so sure once she sees the evidence. She’ll have to wonder if she’s been wrong about Ben all along.

Fortunately, Ben’s telling the truth. He’ll be proven innocent sooner or later, so he should be able to work all this out with Ciara. Until then, Tripp (Lucas Adams) will offer Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) a shoulder to cry on. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say she’ll be upset about Marlena, but part of her may be using a little manipulation, too.
