Days of Our Lives Spoilers: JJ Deveraux Gets New Love Interest!

Days of our lives have cast a new love interest for JJ (Casey Moss). Thia Megia will play Hayley Chen, a nurse at University Hospital. She will catch the attention of unlucky in love, JJ. Not much is known about her role nor when she will first appear on the NBC soap opera.

Thia Megia Joins Days of Our Lives

Thia is an American Idol contestant. She was on the 10th season of the show. She made it to the top 11 before getting eliminated. Since her American Idol stint, she has appeared on A Scary Sleepover, Tails of the Blue, and Pop Music High.

Thia was introduced at a recent DAYS event when she told the crowd that being part of the soap opera is such an honor. “I am so blessed to be part of the family and cannot wait for you to join me on my journey,” Megia said.

She will be JJ’s new love interest and could heal his broken heart. However, on a soap opera, it’s doubtful it will be that easy. You should expect the couple to face major issues. It isn’t clear if she will play a doctor, nurse, or medical student. There is no word on her first airdate yet.
