Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal Police Commissioner Hope Williams (Kristian Alfonso) ran into Ted Laurent (Giles Marini) last week, discovering some delicious secrets about citizens of Salem. He is desperate for her protection, but she isn’t willing to give it to him for free; which is highly unethical and illegal, so she doesn’t involve her husband Detective Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

DOOL Spoilers – Ted Agrees To Help Hope Get Rid Of Ben

DOOL sources tease that Hope wants nothing more than to see Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) behind bars and as far away from her daughter, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) as possible. Ted agrees to work with her to make it happen and they go together to Smith Island; something she lies to Rafe about.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Rafe Jumps To The Wrong Conclusion

Rafe, again, catches the end of her conversation, promising to meet someone later and jumps to the wrong conclusion. All he knows at this point is that his wife is lying to him and not breaking confidences, so when Rafe talks to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) about the situation, he immediately suggests Hope is having an affair. Rafe firmly believes Hope isn’t that kind of woman, especially after the way she reacted when he was with Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and feels it has something to do with her vendetta against Ben.

Rafe goes to Smith Island to investigate; unfortunately the scene he finds of wine glasses, and underwear on the floor, cause enough doubt for him to talk to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), who only increases his stress by suggesting Hope could be cheating to get him back for what he did to her.
