Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday April 9: Gabi Reels Over Guilty Verdict, Chad Offers Support – Sonny’s Tough Choice – Vivian Under Fire

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Monday, April 9, tease that Gabi (Camila Banus) will get the news she’s been dreading. When the jury came back within 24 hours, Gabi knew she was doomed. Justin (Wally Kurth) did his best to offer a pep talk, but he realizes there’s not much hope deep down. They’re both prepared for a guilty verdict and that’s exactly what they’ll hear.

Despite her suspicions that this was coming, “Days” spoilers say Gabi will still be crushed. She was thrilled when she got out of prison on a technicality after killing Nick (Blake Berris). Now she’s being sent back to the slammer for a murder she didn’t commit. It’ll be a difficult twist of fate for Gabi, but there’s nothing she can do about it.

Gabi will get emotional as she mulls over all the memories she’s going to miss out on. She can’t even begin to think of what she’s going to tell Arianna (Harper and Sydnee Udell). Justin will surely appeal this decision, but Gabi probably won’t believe it’ll do any good. She’ll feel like she has to accept that life as she knows it is over.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Chad’s (Billy Flynn) heart will break for poor Gabi. He’ll hate what she’s going through and he won’t get why Abigail (Marci Miller) had to play a role in her suffering. Chad will step up to console Gabi during this tough crisis.

Other DOOL spoilers state that Sonny (Freddie Smith) will have a choice to make. Vivian (Louise Sorel) managed to get Leo (Greg Rikaart) hired at Titan, but that news certainly caught Sonny off guard. Since they’re trying to kick off a new romance, Sonny may not think this is the ideal situation. Spending too much time together could wreck things before they ever truly get started.

Nevertheless, Leo will pretend he really needs the job and Sonny could definitely use the help. It’s doubtful that Sonny will stand in the way of Leo’s career goals. Across town, Vivian will extend an olive branch to Victor (John Aniston) and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers). She’ll think they should let bygones be bygones, but will they be on board with that plan?

“Days of Our Lives” suggest that Maggie and Vic will have their doubts about Vivian’s sincerity. They know Vivian’s always up to something, so they’ll have to proceed with caution!
