Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Christopher Sean is exiting the NBC soap opera. It will be an exit that will shake up the storylines as he is an information character on the show.

Paul Makes a Shocking Decision On DOOL

Paul takes a huge leap of faith and decides to move away from Salem. He tells Brady (Eric Martsolf) that Will (Chandler Massey) has moved out and he needs to move away for a while. Paul finds a clinic that can help him walk again and it is located near his mother. For him, it is the perfect opportunity to give Will space so he and Sonny (Freddie Smith) can rekindle their romance. It’s just an added bonus that his mother is close by.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Paul’s Goodbye

John (Drake Hogestyn) stops by to say goodbye and let his son know he feels terrible about his breakup with Will. Sean discloses that the most heartbreaking scene for him was with John and saying goodbye. He said the scene was a little too real for him as he really feels sad to leave and he has a genuine connection with all the actors on the show.

Paul tells his dad that the good thing is his new physical therapist is a hunk and gay. Of course, they laugh over it, but it is a clear indication that Paul is ready to move on with his life. Even though his exit storyline is sad, he believes that it ended just as it should have. It gave an ending to Paul and Will’s relationship and it still gave him a way to return to the show.

Christopher Sean Exits DOOL

Christopher said that his decision not to renew his contract was not an easy one. He has called DOOL his home for four years. However, he and his manager felt that he needed to pursue other acting jobs and it was next to impossible to do while working on the soap opera.

Days head writer/producer let him know if he wants to return at any point, the door will be open for Paul to come back to Salem. So, for Christopher Sean, that is a win-win. He will miss the connection with the fans and working his co-stars, but he’s sure the viewers will see him in other shows/movies.
