Days of Our Lives RECAP Wednesday June 6: Ciara Missing, Kayla’s Shocking Move

“Days Of Our Lives” (DOOL) recap for Tuesday, June 5, 2018 kicks off with Ciara (Victoria Konefal) laying on the ground after crashing her bike.

Injured Ciara Can’t Get To Her Phone

Tripp (Lucas Adams) is trying to call Ciara, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) tells him she will call when she calms down. Tripp wants to call Hope (Kristian Alfonso), Claire objects.

Tripp goes to look for Ciara, she can’t reach her phone, she falls asleep and dreams of Claire and Tripp together. Ciara still can’t reach her phone and dreams that Marlena tells Hope she is a lost cause. Ciara finally gets to her phone but its dead.

Marlena Vows To Keep An Eye On Ben

Days of Our Lives’ Marlena (Deidre Hall) calls Will (Chandler Massey) and tells him Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) has been released from the sanitorium. Hope wants to know if Marlena can really promise to protect Will. Hope, as a cop, would not want him leaving down the road. Marlena will keep a very close eye on him.

Chad Give Ben Money To Leave Town

Days of Our Lives’ Will is getting dressed when Ben knocks on his door. Will starts to close the door in his face, Ben tells him he was released. Ben wanted Will to be the first to know Ben was back. Chad (Billy Flynn) comes in and see’s Ben with Will.

Chad was coming to tell Will, and orders Ben to leave. Ben mentions Abigail (Marci Miller), Chad hits him. Ben wants to let bygones be bygones. Ben tells Will that he’s trying to be a better person, he has changed. Chad wants Ben out of Salem.

Chad makes it clear that no one wants Ben there, he refuses to go elsewhere, he can’t he says. Ben doesn’t have money to go anywhere else, Chad pulls money out of his wallet and tells him that should be enough.

Ben tells Will he is sorry for what he did to him and the others. Ben tells Will the rage is gone because of him. Ben and Will shake hands, Chad offers to drive Ben to the edge of town and he can go as far away as he can.

Chad later sees Hope and tells her he thinks he convinced Ben to leave town. Ben comes upon Ciara’s wreck, pockets her phone and picks her up.

Kayla Agrees To Work With Stefan

Days of Our Lives’ Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) calls to check on other bionic eye options but can’t find any. Hope joins Kayla and they discuss Ben. Hope says Marlena could have filed an objection but wouldn’t.

Hope has tremendous respect for Marlena’s option. Kayla tells Hope about talking to Ciara. Kayla tells Hope she advised Ciara to get help and talk to Tripp. Kayla says Ciara is probably talking to Tripp now.

Kayla wants to talk about Steve (Stephen Nichols), he won’t let Kayla help him like he helped her when she was deaf. Hope tells Kayla she has done everything in her power to help him, Kayla says no. Kayla calls Stefan and says she accepts his offer.

 Stefan comes to Kayla’s office to talk after her calls. Stefan changes the conversation from hurting Kate to helping Steve. Kayla will only do this because Stefan is Steve’s only hope, he asks for the dirt on Kate. Kayla tells Stefan about Kate sending Theo to the warehouse. Stefan wants more, Kayla says she will do it.

Stefan Has A Gift For Kate

Days of Our Lives’ Stefan (Tyler Christopher) joins Kate (Lauren Koslow) in the park and says he has a gift for her. Stefan has Vivian’s (Louise Sorel) gun and points it at Kate.

Kate tells Stefan to put the gun down it was an accident. Kate tells Stefan the police didn’t charge her. Stefan yells bang and Kate lets out a scream. Kate tells Stefan murdering her would take everything he had worked for away. Marlena walks up and sees the exchange.

Marlena tries to talk to Stefan, she uses Gabby to get through to him. Stefan throws the gun at Kate, he’s not the killer she is. The gun is a gift from Stefan to Kate as a reminder of his mother, next time she won’t see him coming.

Steve Refuses To Work With A Dimera

Steve knocks a glass off and breaks it. Tripp wants in and wants to help Steve who refuses to let him. Tripp apologizes and so does Steve. Steve finally agrees to let Tripp help him. Tripp tells Steve the date didn’t go so well.

Tripp had no idea about the rape, Kayla tried to warn him but he didn’t understand. Tripp tells Steve that Ciara broke up with him and when she came back to talk she walked in on him and Claire. Tripp wants Steve to help track Ciara down.

Steve questions if Ciara wants to be found, he advises Tripp to respect Ciara’s boundaries and be there when she needs him. Tripp tells Steve he gives good advice, they talk about the bionic eye.

Steve won’t make a deal with Stefan Dimera to get into the trial. Tripp asks if someone else is working on a similar project but Steve says the ISA says they aren’t. Steve tells Tripp that working with Stefan is not worth it.

Marlena Tries To Talk Will Out Of Recovering His Memory

Marlena wants to know if Kate wants to talk. Kate tells Marlena there is something about the night Vivian died. Kate tells Marlena she and Vivian were struggling over the gun and she knew Vivian was going to kill her.

Kate gets a text about Ben, Marlena couldn’t come up with a logical reason to block his release. Kate wants to know why Marlena is putting Will at risk because she thinks she’s a miracle worker. Later, Marlena goes to see Will, her talks about how bad Ben is and how he will have to remember more if the drug works.

Marlena tells Will he needs to consider all the risks of getting his memory back. Will says he is only living half a life, he doesn’t remember anything about his life and has to take the chance to get It back.
