Days of Our Lives RECAP Wednesday, June 27: Ben Makes A Promise, Ciara Dumps Tripp

“Days Of Our Lives” (DOOL) recap for Wednesday, June 27, 2018, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) is cooking for Ciara (Victoria Konefal). Ben tells Ciara he’s surprised she didn’t want to go home.

Ben Vows to Never hurt Ciara

Ciara is still holding onto the knife Ben gave her and he wonders if she’s having second thoughts now. Ciara does want to stay, Ben doesn’t think spending all her time with an ex-serial killer might not help her. Ciara says she can’t do anything until her leg gets better.

Ciara is crying, Ben wants to know if she’s ok. Ben tells Ciara he overheard what she said, he understands why she feels how she does. Ciara tells Ben that he can’t hurt her worse than she’s already been hurt. Ben vows to never hurt Ciara ever.

Ben is sorry and knows this is painful, Ciara tells him she couldn’t talk about this in therapy. Ben tells Ciara she maybe she didn’t stay long enough. Ben asks if Ciara has a death wish, she says no. Ciara tells Ben when Tripp (Lucas Adams) started kissing her she bolted.

Ben tells Ciara she would never fall for a guy like him. Ciara tells Ben her stepbrother raped her. Ben would kill anyone who hurt his sister. Ben tells Ciara that she is a victim she didn’t do anything wrong. Ben goes back to making dinner.

Ciara Gives Up Her Modeling Job

Days of Our Lives’ Tripp comes in to get a water, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) tells him Ciara isn’t coming home and it’s their fault. Tripp tells Claire at least they know Ciara is ok. Claire wishes it was possible to go back.

Claire says some people make all the right choices in life, she wants to be more like that. Tripp asks if Claire wants to be obnoxious and self-righteous. Claire goes back and forth blaming herself and Ciara, Tripp says she and Ciara will put this behind them.

Claire misses Ciara when she was her best friend. Ciara calls Claire. Claire wants to know if Ciara is ok, she apologizes again. Ciara wants Claire to tell Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) she doesn’t want the modeling contract, she can have it.

Tripp grabs the phone before Ciara hangs up. Ciara tells Tripp she has to go. Tripp tells Ciara he’s been looking for her non-stop. Now that Tripp knows the whole story, he understands, he tells Ciara that Claire was just trying to help.

Ciara tells Tripp that Claire didn’t have the right to make her say anything. Ciara tells Tripp he deserves a nice normal girl who hasn’t been raped. Tripp tells Ciara he doesn’t want Claire, he wants her.

Tripp wants to know if their talks don’t matter, Ciara is sure Claire would love to listen and hangs up. Tripp asks if Ciara mentioned being with anyone because Rafe (Galen Gering) said she was with a guy.

Hope Fears Ben Has Ciara

Days of Our Lives’ The Washington County Sheriff’s office called off the search for Ciara. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) is furious that the search has been called off. Rafe tells Hope that Ciara is an adult, they can’t force her to come home.

Hope tells Rafe he doesn’t have a child, then she apologizes. Rafe tells Hope that she doesn’t have to stop searching because the sheriff did. The boot print has been processed, they are made for state workers.

Hope figures out the mental institution issues that type of shoe and assume Ben has Ciara. Hope calls Chad to find out where he dropped Ben off and finds out it was near the accident.

Stefan Tells Chad Part of Abby Still Loves Him

Days of Our Lives’ Stefan (Tyler Christopher) is surprised by Chad (Billy Flynn) is there, he warns him away from Abby (Marci Miller). Stefan thought Chad was there to mend fences. Chad tells Stefan he burned those fences and to stay away from his family.

Stefan wanted to form a bond with him, Chad asked how by stealing his company, home and wife. Stefan quotes Chad’s interview and calls him obsessed. Chad tells Stefan he will leave Salem and wish he had never come.

Stefan tells Chad he doesn’t have what it takes to bring him down. Chad didn’t follow blindly in Stefano’s footsteps, but he will have everything that’s his. Kate (Lauren Koslow) is backing Chad, Stefan claims he hid Abby’s illness to save her.

Stefan tells Chad that Abby turned to him because she couldn’t turn to Chad. Stefan tells Chad that deep down a part of his wife will always love and want him. Stefan tells Chad if violence is the only way he can beat him, he’s already won.

Stefan tells Chad that Abby is who he’s worried about. Stefan insinuates that Chad isn’t sure he can win. Chad turns to leave and tells Stefan he used to think Ben was the worst thing that could happen to Abby, but Ben is psychotic. Stefan toasts Chad, may the best brother win.

Gabi Waits As Abby Takes The Test

Days Of Our Lives’ Gabi (Camille Banus) and Abby meet up outside the pub. Gabi and Abby both talk about just getting back to town. Abby apologizes again and tells Gabi she’s still in therapy. Abby wishes she could make this better for Gabi.

Gabi believes Abby blames Her for Chad moving on. Gabi tells Abby about Ari’s (Harper and Sydney Udell) reaction to her. Abby tells Gabi that Ari needs time to process everything. Sonny and Will can’t help Gabi with Ari because she won’t listen.

Abby tells Gabi that Ari will realize that she’s home for good. Gabi is upset that Abby’s therapy didn’t take long. Gabi tells Abby she’s going back to work with Stefan. Abby wants Gabi to let Chad help her, but she has plans of her own.

Gabi wants to know what’s going on with Abby, she grabs the pregnancy test. Abby thinks she’s pregnant with Stefan’s baby and tells Gabi. Abby is two months late, she tells Gabi it could be Stefan or Chad’s baby. Gabi tries to make Abby feel better but makes her more anxious.

Gabi knows that being pregnant is the last thing Abby needs right now. Gabi tells Abby to take the test. Abby wants to know why Gabi is being so nice to her. Gabi feels for Abby and she knows within her heart of hearts this is all Stefan’s fault, they go inside to take the test.
