Days of Our Lives RECAP Wednesday, August 15: Jennifer And Maggie Keep Quiet

On today’s Days of Our Lives Wednesday August 15 recap, Brady (Eric Martsolf) tells Marlena (Deidre Hall) he can’t wait to walk her down the aisle.

Eve Is Shocked That Brady Doesn’t Have The Tape

Eve (Kassie DiPaiva) wants Brady to forgive Victor (John Aniston).  Brady tells Eve he’s not ready for that. Brady doesn’t understand where Eve is coming from.  Brady wants to know why Eve is making this about them.  Brady demands to know why Eve wants him to forgive Victor.

Eve wants Brady to show Victor some kindness.  Eve brings up Victor’s age.  Eve knows Brady would never forgive himself.  Eve keeps pushing Brady.  Brady isn’t ready to let it go.  Brady agrees to lunch.  Brady wants to be honest with Eric (Greg Vaughan).  Eve tells Brady he can’t.  Eve pretends to defend Nicole (Arianna Zucker), and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). Eve realizes Brady doesn’t have the tape of Nicole’s confession.  Brady wants to destroy the tape.  Eve is shocked he left it behind.

Maggie Urges Victor To Be Honest

Days of Our Lives Victor and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) are at Doug’s Place.  Julie and Doug tell them about Eric’s engagement. Victor says Eric and Jennifer deserve each other.  Victor blames Jennifer and Eric for Brady’s hate.  Victor tells Maggie no one can know Eve was involved.  Victor needs Eve.  Eve has to get Brady to forgive him.  Victor says he’s lying to Brady for his own good.  Maggie says Brady needs to know the truth now.  Maggie calls Brady to their table.   Maggie tells Brady this is bigger than Victor.

Brady tells Maggie that Eve has been on him all day.  Brady tells Victor he should have come to him.  Maggie wants Brady to have the whole story.  Eve tries to explain what Maggie is trying to say.  Brady says Victor went too far and always does.  Brady says he’s a little bit like that.  Brady is trying to forgive Victor.  Maggie hopes this is worked out sooner instead of later. Maggie urges Victor to tell Brady the truth.

Jennifer Vows To Be Happy

Days of Our Lives Jennifer shows Eric the book Eve gave her.  Eric tells Jennifer not to let Eve get to her.  Jennifer already has and she needs to fix it.  Eric tells Jennifer this is on Eve.  Jennifer can’t blame Eve entirely.  Jennifer wants to slap Eve.

Eric offers to take the book to Brady. Jennifer won’t let Eric take it.  Eric wants to know exactly what Eve said.  Jennifer tells Eric it was about Nicole. Eric asks what about Nicole.  Jennifer tells him Eve knows that is her weakness.  Eric tells Jennifer Nicole is in the past.  Eric demands Jennifer tells him what is going on.  Jennifer tells Eric it’s hard for her to do this.  Eric says she can tell him anything.  Eric begs Jennifer to tell him what Eve said.  Doug and Julie show up before she can.

Julie asks if they are interrupting something.  Jennifer says no, they aren’t interrupting.  Doug (Billy Hayes) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes)  give them a card. Eric and Jennifer tell Doug and Julie how sweet it is. Julie wants Jennifer to beat Eve to the bouquet.  Doug is glad Eric waited until he was sure about Jennifer.  Julie brings up Jack.  Julie doesn’t want Jennifer to let anything spoil this.

Eric takes dishes to the kitchen.  Jennifer reads the card again.  Jennifer vows to have a lifetime of happiness and throws the book away.

Kate Throws Ted Out

Days of Our Lives Kate (Lauren Koslow) demands to know how Ted (Gilles Marini) could blackmail Will (Chandler Massey).  Kate asks Ted who he is.  Kate tells Ted she warned him about hurting her family.  Kate tells Ted this ends now. Ted claims it’s just business.

Kate tells Ted to end it or he will regret it.  Ted tries to charm Kate.  Ted brings up the lawsuit.  Ted says Will and Sonny ruined their plans.  Ted is out millions because Leo (Greg Rikaart) is dead.  Ted tells Kate she shouldn’t be surprised.  Kate asks if Ted would give it up if she asked.  Ted refuses.  Kate tells ted Andre had that same choice.  Kate gives Ted the same choice.  Ted promised to look out for Kate, will he still?  Kate wants to know if Ted will stop the blackmail or not.

Kate throws Ted out.  Ted is sure Andre (Thaao Penghlis) left Kate money.  Ted tells Kate to pull some strings for Will.  Ted tells Kate she has to power to keep Will out of prison.

Paul Is Helping Sonny And Will

Days of Our Lives Paul (Christopher Sean) is shocked that Will is asking for the money.  Will walks in and finds Paul there.  Paul tells Will he knows everything.  Will tells Paul he was trying to protect him.  Will says Paul is an accessory after the fact.  Will say unless you are turning us in. Paul isn’t going to turn them in.  Paul is going to help.

Will apologizes to Paul.  Paul tells Will what he thought.  Sonny (Freddie Smith) is visibly hurt by their exchange of I love you.  Sonny asks if Will is going to help.  Will tells Sonny he interrupted Kate and Ted.  Sonny is shocked that Kate is with Ted.  Will says Kate told him she would handle this.  Will doesn’t know what Kate is going to do.  Paul wants in on this. Will want to wait until they hear from Kate.  Paul assures them he wants to help.  Will tells Paul how amazing he is.  Paul apologizes and he and Will go home.
