Days Of Our Lives recap Tuesday, July 31 Eric Believes Nicole Leaving Was A Good Thing

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Tuesday, July 31, 2018 reveals, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal) talk about her staying with him. Ciara refers to Ben as a serial killer. Caira apologizes but Ben says that’s who he is. Ciara tells Ben now she has to deal with what happened to her.

Ciara Promises To Stay Away From Ben

Ciara tells Ben maybe he can do the same. Ben says the whole town won’t forget what he did. Ben thinks he should leave town, but he can’t now. Ciara says this gives Ben a chance to prove his innocence. Ben asks Ciara if she will ever believe he didn’t start that fire. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galin Gering) come charging in and order Ben away from Ciara. Ciara makes it plain that she asked Ben to stay. Hope asks Ben how many fingers she is holding up.

Rafe tries to make Ben leave. Ciara asks Ben where he stayed last night. Ciara asks Ben if he has anywhere to stay. Hope says he can go to Statesville. Ciara tells Rafe and Hope that she is an adult and can decide who visits. Ben tells Ciara it’s ok and leaves with Rafe as an escort. Hope stays behind to lecture Ciara. Hope tells Ciara the next time Ben shows up to not let him in. Ciara promises she won’t. Ciara tells Hope she loves her. Rafe gives Ben the address to a homeless shelter and tells him to stay off the streets. Rafe doesn’t believe Ben is cured and orders him to stay away from Ciara.

Marlena Wants Sami At Her Wedding

Days of Our Lives’ John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) discuss Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eric (Greg Vaughan). Marlena doesn’t think they can mend that quickly. Nicole (Arianna Zucker) wasn’t the only woman to come between them.

Marlena and John discuss Kristen (Eileen Davidson) and how glad they are that she’s gone. Marlena wishes they had found the body. John assures Marlena their wedding will be perfect. Marlena hasn’t heard from Sami (Allison Sweeney). John doesn’t think Sami wants to come back to Salem. John tells Marlena to call Sami and tell her they want the family together at their wedding.

Brady Tries To Come Clean About Nicole

Days of Our Lives’ Brady and Eric are talking. Eric starts to leave, Brady calls him back. Brady needs to tell Eric something about Nicole. Brady tells Eric about Nicole confessing to him. Brady tells Eric that he wanted revenge. Brady tells Eric he wanted he and Nicole to be as miserable as him. Brady tells Eric he made damn sure of it. Eric tells Brady that nothing he could have said would have kept Nicole from him.

Brady tells Eric that isn’t true. Brady tells Eric that Nicole did love him. Eric tells Brady he’s in a much better relationship with Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). Jennifer is a much better match than Nicole. Eric tells Brady things worked out for the best. Eric tells Brady they have each found love again and Nicole is off with her daughter. Eric and Brady discuss taking an early morning run one day. Eve (Kassie DePaiva) arrives home and tells Brady about seeing Ben.

Eve tells Brady she tried to kill Ben. Hope and Rafe stopped her. Brady tells Eve that he talked to Eric. Brady says they cleared the air as far as Nicole is concerned. Brady didn’t tell Eric the truth. Eve says thank god, Brady questions why. Eve tells Brady that Eric would go looking for Nicole if he knew the truth.

Eve Threatens To Blackmail Jennifer

Days of Our Lives’ Eve tells Jennifer that Eric doesn’t know everything about Nicole leaving town. Eve tells Jennifer that Brady forced Nicole to leave Eric. Jennifer questions Eve about Nicole killing Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). Eve tells Jennifer why Brady protected Nicole. Jennifer can’t believe what Eve is telling her. Eve says Nicole never stopped loving Eric and probably never will.

Jennifer wants to know how Eve knows this. Eve tells Jennifer that Brady told her. Eve tells Jennifer that Brady thought Nicole had suffered enough. Eve had no idea about the drugs or that J.J. (Casey Moss) would take responsibility for them. Jennifer tells Eve if she hasn’t interfered, Brady would have his son. Brady deserves to know that truth and Jennifer is going to tell him.

Eve begs Jennifer to not tell Brady. Jennifer knows it will hurt Brady but it’s better in the long run. Eve tells Jennifer if she loses Brady, Jennifer loses Eric. Jennifer accuses Eve of blackmailing her. Eve wants to know what would happen if Eric knew the truth. Eve tells Jennifer it’s none of her business but she needs to let this go.

Adrienne Wants Steve To Find Bonnie

Days of Our Lives’ Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) comes into Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) room, he asks about discharge papers. Steve is glad to be able to read again. Steve tells Kayla what Tripp (Lucas Adams) said about Ciara and Ben. Steve and Kayla talk about the past and his bad boy image. Adrienne (Judy Evans) shows up to see Steve. Adrienne wants to do an article on Steve’s eye surgery. Adrienne wants to know what Steve is doing when he gets released. Adrienne wants Steve to find someone for her. Adrienne wants Steve to find Bonnie Lockheart (Judy Evans). Steve agrees to try to find Bonnie. Kayla takes Steve some chowder. Steve wants Kayla to take him home now. Kayla finds Adrienne’s notebook. Steve tells Kayla Adrienne needs a quote from her.

Jennifer Wonder’s If She Should Be Honest

Days of Our Lives Jennifer runs into Kayla outside the Pub. Kayla tells Jennifer she heard that J.J’s suspension may be lifted. Kayla also asks about Abby (Marci Miller). Jennifer is still outside the Pub. Jennifer questions what she is going to do, Eric asks, about what?
