Days of Our Lives RECAP Tuesday, August 14 Ted Gets A Huge Surprise

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Tuseday, August 14, 2018 reveals, Paul (Christopher Sean) demands Sonny (Freddie Smith) tells him what’s going on with Will (Chandler Massey). Paul shows Sonny the letter from Will’s bag.

Sonny Tells Paul The Whole Story

Sonny asks where Paul got it. Paul tells Sonny he found it in Will’s bag. Sonny and Paul argue about Will’s privacy. Sonny tells Paul that Will would never cheat on him. Paul demands to know what they are lying about. Sonny tells Paul about Leo’s (Greg Rikaart) death. Sonny tells Paul that Leo demand he marries him. Sonny tells Paul he agreed then Will showed up.

Sonny tells Paul about Leo trying to strangle Will. Sonny says he threw Leo off, Will. Leo hit his head. Sonny tells Paul that he couldn’t call the law because of the lawsuit. Sonny tells Paul about getting rid of the body. Gabi (Camille Banus) walks in on Sonny and Paul touching hands.

Sonny and Paul are concerned that Gabi overheard. Paul wants to know why they didn’t tell him the truth. Sonny assures Paul that Will was just trying to protect them. Paul wants to know everything including who sent the letter. Paul asks what Ted wants from him and Will. Sonny tells Paul that Will is at Kate’s.

Eve Threatens Brady

Days of Our Lives Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) discussing the wedding. Eric and Brady discuss their wedding plans. Eric looks forward to family get-togethers. Brady is happy that Eric has moved on. Eric tells Brady Nicole (Arianna Zucker) is his past. Brady feels the same about Eve. Brady wants to have a triple wedding. Eric says Marlena (Deidre Hall) suggested a double wedding.

Marlena walks up to Brady and Eric. Marlena tells Eric and Brady everyone’s roles in the wedding. Eric and Brady wonder what Sami (Alison Sweeney) is doing. Marlena tells Brady and Eric that Sami isn’t coming. Everyone agrees this isn’t like Sami. Marlena asks if the boys know more, they deny it. Eric volunteers to calls Sami. Eric leaves to go see Jennifer.

John and Marlena discuss Tate (Kyle and Colin Schroeder). Brady says he’s been leaning on Eve a lot. Brady tells Marlena what Victor did. Brady tells Marlena that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) is trying to get him to forgive Victor (John Aniston). Eve walks up and tells Brady to get over it or they are done.

Jennifer Needs To Talk To Eric

Days of Our Lives’ Eve congratulating Jennifer on the engagement. Eve questions where Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Eric will live. Eve has brought Jennifer a gift. Eve thanks Jennifer for keeping her secret. Jennifer isn’t sure what she’s going to tell Eric. Eve brings up that Eric doesn’t know the truth. Jennifer says she can tell Eric. If Eric knows the truth, Eve has nothing to hold over her.

Eve tells Jennifer that Nicole is Eric’s, great love. Jennifer tells Eve she is still the reason Brady lost his son. Eve says Theresa (Jen Lilley) will come around. Eve tells Jennifer they are a lot alike. Eve tells Jennifer she makes her see things she doesn’t like. Eve tells Jennifer deep down she wants her happily ever after.

Eve tells Jennifer to keep her mouth shut and they will keep their men. Eve tells Jennifer she will see her at the family picnic and leaves. Jennifer opens Eve’s gift. Eric shows up at Jennifer’s she tells him they need to talk.

Abby Questions Chad’s Actions

Days of Our Lives’ Gabi and Chad (Billy Flynn) with Ari (Harper and Sydney Udell). Abby (Marci Miller) walks in. Ari tells Abby her mommy was in prison. Abby wishes she could make that go away. Abby wants Chad to explain what she walked in on. Abby accuses Chad of moving on with Gabi already. Chad tells Abby she saw Gabi reconnecting with Ari. Chad tells Abby about last night.

Abby wants to know if Gabi slept in his bed. Abby tells Chad that Gabi is very concerned about him. Chad is grateful for Abby’s support. Chad is upset over having to defend his actions. Abby apologizes for being jealous. Abby tells Chad she misses him and so does Thomas. Chad wishes he had the ability to handle this differently. Abby tells Chad she is dealing with a lot too. Abby wanted to talk to Chad.

Abby says things are a mess. Abby knows Chad can’t forget about the baby. Abby wants to work through things together. Abby loves Chad and knows he loves her. Abby believes in their love. Gabi eavesdrops on their conversation. Abby comes in and interrupts. Chad goes to make pancakes. Abby stops Gabi from leaving. Gabi spins a lie about trying to help Chad.

Gabi tells Abby all of this is a misunderstanding. Abby has to know that Gabi is on her side. Gabi asks if Abby is really questioning her. Abby wonders if Gabi resents her. Abby says no one would blame her for being angry. Gabi tells Abby she doesn’t blame her for anything. What matters now is Chad sees he belongs with Abby and Thomas.

Will Threatens Ted

Days of Our Lives Will is talking to Kate (Lauren Koslow) when Ted (Gilles Marini) walks out. Will asks what Ted is doing there. Will is very upset over Ted. Will asks if Kate is involved in this. Ted says Kate doesn’t have to answer that. Kate says she met Ted after the case was dismissed. Kate tells Will she had reservations. Kate defends Ted. Will tells Kate her boyfriend is blackmail he and Sonny.

Kate asks Will what he means. Kate wants to know what Ted is holding over his head. Ted claims Will and Sonny murdered his client. Ted gives Kate his theory on what Sonny did. Ted says he has evidence to make the charge stick. Will tells Kate what really happened. Kate wants to know why they didn’t call the police. Will tells Kate because the police would jump to the same conclusion.

Ted refuses to drop this. Will tells Kate about the letters. Will also tells Kate that Leo wants millions of dollars. Will tells Ted he needs to leave and stay the hell away from Kate. Ted asks if Will is threatening him. Will tells Ted what happened to Leo was an accident, what happens next won’t be. Kate thanks Will and sends him on his way. Kate tells Will she will handle Ted. Ted is glad Kate wants to negotiate. Kate tells Ted she won’t be cutting any deals with him.
