Days Of Our Lives Recap Thursday, November 1: Chloe and Sami, Both Demand Kayla, Perform DNA Tests

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Thursday, November 1 reveals, Sami (Alison Sweeney) is still with E.J. (ex-James Scott) when Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) comes to check on him.

Sami Gets Susan’s DNA

Sami tells Kayla she needs answers. Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) joins Sami in E.J.’s room. Lucas tells Sami about the baby. Sami is stunned that Bonnie (Judy Evans) is the baby’s mother. Lucas shows Sami pictures of the baby. Sami mentions how much their kids looked like Lucas. Lucas tells Sami he loves that little girl. Sami tells Lucas about needing a DNA sample to test against E.J. Sami goes to visit Susan (Stacy Haiduk) and assures her she’s not there to kill her.

Sami tries to hug Susan to get a hair sample. Sami asks Susan about her doll and tells her how much it looks like Marlena (Deidre Hall). Susan tells Sami about Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) stabbing the doll. Susan tells Sami she used her hair for the doll. Sami tells Susan the doll is just perfect. Susan tells Sami she was going to the hospital to give Marlena the doll. Sami tells Susan she can’t go near Marlena if she’s sick. Sami tells Susan that only family can see Marlena.

Susan asks Sami to take the doll to Marlena for her. Sami tells Susan she would be honored to give it to her. Susan thanks Sami and tells her how kind she is being. Sami tells Susan that E.J. was the love of her life, Susan says Sami was the love of his. Sami leaves with the doll and hopes to use the hair to prove the patient is E.J. Both Sami and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) come to Kayla wanting a DNA test run right now.

Susan Sees Rex With A Baby

Days of Our Lives’ Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) introduces Susan to Rex (Kyle Lowder) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). Susan asks if she doesn’t mean baby daddy instead of fiance’. Susan tells Rex she sees him holding a baby. Susan tells Rex she knows that the baby will arrive shortly. Susan insists there is a baby and she’s not crazy. Susan has breakfast with them.

Rex sees the Marlena doll, and Susan says she isn’t leaving until she gives her back to Marlena. Susan leaves, and Rex and Sarah laugh. Maggie says Holly will give her enough grandma time for a while, but Rex is going to make a great father sometimes soon. Maggie wants to throw them an engagement party. Rex tells Sarah he wants to get married sooner. Susan tells Rex and Sarah how there is no greater bond than that between and parent and child.

Chloe Questions Belle About Mimi

Days of Our Lives’ Chloe talks to Eric (Greg Vaughan) about Holly and then approaches Belle (Martha Madison) about the custody case. Chloe wants to know why Belle agreed to represent Bonnie. Belle says she was hired to present the mother’s side of the case. Chloe asks if she’s representing Bonnie or Mimi (Farrah Fath). Belle looks stunned, Chloe tells her she believes Mimi is the mother. Chloe points out how different Mimi and Bonnie act around the baby.

Chloe tells Belle what Bonnie said about Lucas passing out. Chloe tells Belle she doesn’t buy any of this story. Belle tells Chloe that this is speculation. Chloe tells Belle that Mimi was heartbroken giving that baby back to Lucas. Belle tells Chloe that Mimi can’t have kids and that’s a huge hole in Chloe’s theory. Belle tells Chloe the baby is Bonnie’s. Chloe approaches Mimi, Belle gets between them and leaves with them. Chloe asks Mimi to make sure Bonnie takes good care of that baby. Chloe takes Mimi’s water bottle out of the garbage to have her DNA tested. Belle tells Mimi that Chloe is suspicious. Belle tells Mimi that Chloe is trying to protect Lucas.

Lucas Is Furious With Bonnie

Days of Our Lives’ Bonnie comes out looking for a drink, Mimi tells Bonnie she doesn’t care about the baby at all. Lucas brings the baby to see Bonnie and hears her and Bonnie arguing. Lucas asks Mimi to stay with the baby; he doesn’t trust Bonnie. Bonnie apologizes to Lucas and tells him they need to get along. Bonnie tries to flirt with Lucas, he leaves. Mimi asks what is wrong with her now. Mimi takes Bonnie for a walk, and Lucas comes back to pick the baby up. Lucas is furious that the baby isn’t there. Bonnie invites Lucas to stay a while so they can work on their relationship.
