Days of Our Lives Recap November 7: Chad Makes A Deal With Ben – Kate Agrees To Drug Abby

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Wednesday, November 7, 2018, reveals Gabi (Camila Banus) meets up with J.J. (Casey Moss) after returning from a meeting. J.J. is hanging out to tuck Thomas (Asher Morrissette) into bed.

J.J. and Chad Vow To Save Abby

Gabi says he must be upset after Chad (Billy Flynn) had Abby (Marci Miller) committed. J.J. tells Gabi she wasn’t committed. Gabi says it’s his right as her husband. J.J. tells Gabi that Chad isn’t Abby’s husband anymore. Gabi asks how this happened. Gabi insists that Gabby has taken over. J.J. says Abby did this to keep from being locked up. Gabi says she needs to go to the office and pick up something.

J.J. apologizes for the other night. Gabi says they were both upset. J.J. doesn’t want this to get in the way of their friendship. Gabi leaves the house. Chad arrives home and tells J.J. that they need to get Abby out of that house before Gabby comes back. Chad and J.J. agree that Stefan (Tyler Christopher) will try to poison Abby against them. J.J. tells Chad he hopes they are doing the right thing. J.J. leaves to go to work; Chad vows to get Abby out somehow and questions what his father would do.

Chad has fought against Stefano’s (Joe Mascolo) ways all his life, now its time to get down in the mud and do whatever it takes to get his wife back. Chad tells Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) he’s going to help him get his wife back.

Stefan Begins To Realize The Truth

Days of Our Lives’ Chad goes to the mansion and beats on the door yelling for Abby. Stefan answers the door and tells Chad to stop doing that. Stefan shoves Chad out the door and locks it. Chad continues to beat on the door. Chad begs Abby to come to talk to him. Stefan calls security to have Chad removed from the property. Stefan tells Abby he’s having Chad removed.

Stefan tells Abby that Chad wants her one way and will have her put away if she isn’t that person. Abby tells Stefan he wants something too. Stefan is doing this for Gabby (Marci Miller) and the baby. Stefan questions if Abby still believes Gabi is sitting her up. Abby tells Stefan that Gabi wants her put away for life. Stefan thinks back to his conversation with Gabi about the baby and accusing her of sitting Abby up.

Stefan asks why Gabi would only go after her and not him. Abby tells Stefan that Gabby hasn’t tried to come out and she isn’t going to now. Stefan gets a call that E.J. is alive and tells Abby. Stefan invites Abby to go, but she wants to stay clear of Sami. Stefan tells her he won’t be long and promises to keep Abby safe.

E.J. Is Missing

Days of Our Lives’ Sami (Alison Sweeney) goes to E.J.’s room; he’s missing. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) comes in and asks Sami how great it is that the DNA test showed it was E.J. (formerly James Scott) Sami demands to know where E.J. is. Kayla calls the nurse to see where E.J. is. Sami notices that everything is gone. Kayla says they have nothing scheduled for E.J. Kayla goes to check with security. Stefan shows up and demands to see his brother.

Sami Realizes Where E.J. Is

Days of Our Lives’ Susan (Stacy Haiduk) comes around the corner and sees Paul (Christopher Sean) at the hospital. Will (Chandler Massey) walks up to Paul, Kayla is signing his release papers. Paul is excited about going home. Paul and Will kiss as Susan tries to get into the elevator. Will sees Susan and asks what she’s doing there. Susan tells Will she didn’t recognize him, Will thinks she’s trying to avoid him.

Will asks why Susan is at the hospital. Susan remembers finding the DNA results. Susan says she came to see Paul. Susan says she’s not mean like Sami. Will doesn’t want to get into it because of what Susan did to Sami. Susan tells Will Sami lied to him the other day. Susan talks about how creepy the morgue is. Susan hugs Will and tells him she misses him. Susan tells Paul he’s an inspiration to her and will be walking one day again. Sami runs into the hallway where Will is, he tells her about seeing Susan and that she’s up to something.

Sami asks why Susan was there. Will tells Sami that Susan is probably in protective mode. Will tells Sami she is staying calm and working this out. Will tells Sami that Susan will do anything to keep E.J. safe, Sami says she’s not letting Susan take E.J. away from her. Sami calls the law on Susan. Will takes the phone from Sami and tells her to calm down, calling the cops will only make Susan more nervous.

Paul mentions the morgue to Sami. Sami goes to the morgue to find E.J. Will goes to find Sami and tells Kayla that Sami just went after E.J. and Susan. Sami runs in and tells an orderly she needs their help, Sami tells Susan to turn around. Sami wants to know why Susan is trying to take E.J. away from her. Sami tells Susan she didn’t want to get her hopes up before she knew for sure it was E.J. Susan tells Sami she should have told her immediately. Sami wants to put this behind them and do what is best for E.J. Susan accuses Sami of wanting to take E.J. from her and pulls a scalpel on her.

Susan Tries To Leave With E.J.

Days of Our Lives’ Susan goes back to the room where E.J. is and tells him he’s back. Susan tells E.J. she scouted out the exits and saw Will and Paul. Susan plans to take E.J. home to Roger (Elvis). Susan tells E.J. the three of them will have a wonderful life. The Marlena doll falls, and Susan picks it up and plans to take her home too. Susan says its time to hit the road. Will questions if they should go after Sami.

Gabi Forces Kate To Help Again

Days of Our Lives’ Gabi goes to Kate (Lauren Koslow) and rants about Abby marrying Stefan. Kate tells Gabi to tell the truth about the baby and blow the whole thing up. Gabi tells Kate she doesn’t want the truth to come out. Gabi wants Abby locked up and miserable. Kate tells Gabi she doesn’t know when the right person will show up instead of trying to get Chad away from Abby. Kate tells Gabi she has to prove that Abby is a danger to herself and everyone else. Gabi tells Kate that she can make that happen.

Kate tells Gabi she has involved her in this plan enough. Gabi tells Kate this time she can take it further. Gabi wants Kate to drug Abby and makes the room look like Abby tried to kill her. Gabi wants Kate to have Abby arrested for attempted murder. Gabi asks if Kate isn’t tired of going through the motions of acting like she isn’t going to help because she has no choice.

Kate tells Gabi she’s threatened her enough and threatens to expose Gabi’s secrets too. Gabi threatens to say this was all Kate’s idea. Kate tells Gabi she hopes this is worth the risk because if the truth comes out, Gabi will lose everything. Gabi tells Kate they have to stay the course. Kate can’t believe she’s doing this, it’s insane. Kate goes to the mansion and wants to chat with Abby.
