Days of Our Lives Recap Monday, September 10: Paul Can’t Feel His Legs

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Monday, September 10, 2018 reveals,  Belle (Martha Madison) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) come out of Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) room. Belle shows Eric the Living Will. Belle says Marlena doesn’t want this. Belle says the doctors have to be told to shut off the ventilator.

Eric Refuses To Let Belle Talk To Kayla

Belle keeps insisting that they have to honor Marlena’s wishes. Belle cries in Eric’s arms, and she wishes this paper didn’t exist. Eric wishes he knew what Marlena was thinking. Belle thinks Marlena was thinking about them. Eric thinks there is hope, and Belle says it’s not her decision. Eric says he guesses Belle is for this. Belle wonders why he would say that. Eric apologizes to Belle, and she says this is too much. Eric says Marlena never talked about this before.

Belle says she pushed her to do this. Belle says this is about respecting Marlena’s right to make this decision. Belle says they have to make Marlena’s wishes known. Eric thinks they should wait on John (Drake Hogestyn). Belle is Marlena’s health proxy and has to take this paper to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). Eric tries to stop her. Eric tells Belle she cannot do this until she tells John. Belle agrees to tell John first. John walks up and asks what he needs to know.

Chloe Is Worried About Lucas

Days of Our Lives’ Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) are talking about Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Bonnie (Judy Evans). Bonnie says Lucas came and asked her for a second chance. Lucas tells Bonnie it couldn’t have happened. Chloe thinks Lucas may go back to drinking because of Bonnie. Maggie believes Lucas will stay sober this time. Maggie tells Chloe is she has to worry, don’t let Lucas know it. Maggie says Lucas needs his loved ones to have faith. Chloe says Lucas got himself into a lot of trouble.

Bonnie Convinces Lucas The Slept Together

Days of Our Lives’ Bonnie is ranting to Lucas about going back to prison. Bonnie tells Lucas she’s the mother of his child. Lucas tells Bonnie she’s out of her mind. Lucas tells Bonnie they never had sex. Lucas tells Bonnie he knows for a fact they didn’t have sex. Bonnie reminds Lucas of waking up in her room. Bonnie explains how she saw Lucas in bed with Angelica (Morgan Fairchild). Lucas swears this didn’t happen. Bonnie gives Lucas her story. Lucas remembers figuring out that Bonnie wasn’t Adrienne (Judy Evans). Lucas remembers having sex with Bonnie. Lucas demands to know where the baby is. Shelia shows up with a baby.

Paul Can’t Feel His Legs

Days of Our Lives’ Paul (Christopher Sean) and Will (Chandler Massey) are talking about his memories. Paul asks Will if they have a future. Paul asks Will if they are ok. Will starts to answer Paul, Kayla interrupts. Kayla tells Paul how lucky he is, Paul tells her about Will’s memory. Kayla is happy for Will and asks for more information. Kayla wants to do some tests on Paul.

Paul can’t feel his legs. Kayla asks Will to leave so she can do some more tests. Kayla believes Paul has swelling in his spinal column. Roman (Josh Taylor) goes to check up on Paul for John. Kayla joins them in Paul’s room. Paul tells Roman that he can’t feel his legs. Paul asks Kayla for the prognosis. Kayla asks Roman to leave, and Paul stops her. Kayla tells Paul it’s not good news.

Roman Reassures John

Days Of Our Lives’ Roman meets with Kayla who is hysterical. Roman tells Kayla that Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) is handling this. Roman wants Kayla to focus on her patients. John is talking to Roman at the Pub. Roman tells John that Marlena is going to make it. Roman expects John to eat since he cannot sleep. John tells Roman that Doc is a fighter. John wants to call Steve (Stephen Nichols), but Roman tells him not to. Roman explains Steve’s arrest. Roman heads back to the hospital.

Will Tells Sonny About Paul’s Legs

Days of Our Lives’ Will and Sonny (Freddie Smith) meet in the park. Will tells Sonny that Paul is awake. Will tells Sonny that Kayla came in before he could break up with Paul. Sonny and Will hug. Will tells Sonny that Paul can’t feel his legs.
