Days Of Our Lives RECAP Friday, June 29: Theresa And Brady’s Battle Gets Messy

“Days Of Our Lives” (DOOL) recap for Friday, June 29, 2018, kicks off with Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) with Tate (Colin and Kyle Schroeder), Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) is going to take him to the park.

Eve and Brady Discuss Strategies

Brady keeps going over the custody papers, he tells Eve he should have settled with Theresa (Jen Lilley). Brady is afraid the judge will side with Theresa, Eve tells him she won’t. Eve refuses to let Brady believe he will lose. Eve tells Brady he is an amazing father and Tate belongs with him

J.J. wants Theresa To Be Sure About The Case

Days of Our Lives’ Theresa is nervous about the custody hearing, J.J. (Casey Moss) brings her coffee. J.J. helps Theresa put her bracelet on and asks if she’s ready for what’s ahead. Theresa tells J.J. she didn’t think she would have to fight Brady to be a mom to Tate again.

Theresa never wanted a custody battle but Brady gave her no choice. J.J. tells Theresa he is going to the hearing with her. J.J. tells Theresa she looks beautiful and they head to court.

Theresa Must Prove Brady Unfit

Days of Our Lives’ Brady, Eve, Theresa, and J.J. show up at the courthouse and exchange words. Justin (Wally Kurth) comes in and demands Theresa and Eve stop arguing. The judge comes in during the argument and opens the hearing.

Theresa presents her side and then Brady is to present his. Theresa tells the court about leaving to protect Brady and Tate from Mateo. Ted (Gilles Marini) points out that Theresa obviously loves her son. Justin cross-exams Theresa and blames her for knowing Mateo.

Theresa tells the judge that Brady and Eve will try and poison Tate against her. The judge tells Theresa she has to prove Brady unfit for full custody. Eve confronts Theresa again. J.J. hugs Theresa to calm her down.

Brady thinks the hearing was a disaster, Eve disagrees. Theresa asks Ted what is next, he has a team together that will dig up dirt for them. J.J. tells Theresa this is getting really bad very fast. Theresa won’t back down to shared custody.

Sonny And Leo Hash It Out

Days of Our Lives’ Sonny (Freddie Smith) notices the Titan stocks are still dropping. Sonny blames himself and wonders what will happen if they can’t prove his innocence. Justin tries to reassure Sonny. Sonny gets the message from Leo (Greg Rikaart) and calls him back.

Leo shows up and tells Sonny he will want to hear what he has to say. Sonny gives Leo five minutes to tell him what he wants to say. Leo and Sonny search each other for wires and video. Leo tells Sonny he didn’t expect the lawsuit to get this far but the suit wasn’t his idea.

Leo tells Sonny about Vivian (Louise Sorel) coming up with the lawsuit idea but someone else took over. Sonny wants to know if Leo is going to drop the lawsuit. Leo says he has a way for Sonny to save the family business.

Leo tells Sonny he could have added a few zeros to that money and survive. Leo says under the right circumstances he will drop the lawsuit, Sonny asks what he wants. Leo tells Sonny they have had a connection from the start and says he will drop the suit if he marries him today.

Stefan Plans To Blackmail Kate

Days of Our Lives’ Stefan (Tyler Christopher) is waiting for Kate (Lauren Koslow) to respond, he texts her. Ted joins Kate in the square and wonders what is wrong. Kate tells Ted about the conversation with Leo last night. Ted offers to approach Stefan but Kate tells him no.

Kate tells Ted that Stefan doesn’t know what dangerous is. Kate shows up at Stefan’s, he wants to know what kind of relationship she has with Leo. Stefan asks Kate about Leo and Ted being at her room and assumes what happened. Stefan threatens Kate with Victor.

Kate invites Stefan to call Victor, he hangs up, turning her over to Victor would be too easy. Stefan wants to keep dangling Victor over Kate’s head. Stefan tells Kate that Chad (Billy Flynn) has put him on notice and she is his secret weapon.

Will And Paul Declare Their Love

Days of Our Lives’ Will (Chandler Massey) wakes up to Paul (Christopher Sean) watching him. Paul tells Will he was worried because he shot him up. Will says something about Paul hogging the covers last night and freezes like he remembers something.

Will thinks he might be overly optimistic about getting his memory back. Paul says he knows Will could decide either way and he wants him to be happy. Paul tells Will he loves him and would do anything for him.   Will has a memory of Sonny telling him he loves him.

Will tells Paul about the memory but can’t remember details. Paul offers to go for coffee, Wil remembers telling Sonny he loves him. Will tells Paul he remembers telling Sonny he loves him too.   Paul asks Will what this means for them.

Paul offers Will space and starts to leave. Will stops Paul, he remembers loving Sonny in the past, not now. Will tells Paul he loves him and they kiss. Will and Paul have sex, then John (Drake Hogestyn) calls, he has dirt on Leo.
