Days Of Our Lives RECAP Friday, July 6: Eve Wants Answers From Brady

“Days Of Our Lives” (DOOL) recap for Friday, July 6, 2018, J.J. (Casey Moss) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) bump into each other outside the pub. J.J. is going to see Theresa (Jen Lilley) , Eric offers to fill him in.

Eric Warns J.J. Away From Theresa

J.J. tells Eric that he feels sorry for Theresa. Eric doesn’t want J.J. to go there. Eric tells J.J. that Theresa creates chaos. J.J. tells Eric that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) is not saint. Eric doesn’t think J.J. should be supporting Theresa, she should go back to L.A.

Eric wants to know when J.J. last saw Lani (Sal Stowers), he says recently. J.J. says Brady (Eric Martsolf) is trying to stop Theresa from seeing Tate (Colin and Kyle Schroeder), that would put her in the same situation as Lani. Eric says the custody suit should have never happened. J.J. asks Eric what they can do. Eric suggests they talk to Brady and Theresa separately.

J.J. Talks To Theresa About The Hearing

J.J. gets home and asks Theresa about court. J.J. asks about Brady’s counter suit, Theresa tells him it wasn’t exactly a disaster. Theresa tells J.J. about the fact Ted (Gilles Marini) is trying to pen a murder charge on Brady. If Brady goes to jail for this, Theresa says its her fault.

Eve And Brady Admit Their Misdeeds

Days Of Our Lives’ Eve admits to telling the police that Brady killed Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). Ted gets Eve to believe that she was mad and lied about Brady. Ted asks Eve why Brady had the amulet, Eve had no proof that Brady did it, she just told the cops that.

Eve admits to having no proof against Brady at all. The judge calls for a short recess. Theresa is convinced the Brady will hate her after Ted’s actions. Ted asks Theresa if she wants her son and points out it had to be done.

Justin (Wally Kurth) wants Brady to testify that he has no idea who killed Deimos. Justin questions Brady about Deimos’ murder. Ted asks if Victor (John Aniston) stayed with Brady all night. Ted questions Brady about the amulet.

Ted brings up Eve’s past and Brady admits to setting Eve up. Brady tells the court he found the amulet. Brady won’t admit to where he found the amulet. Brady asks Justin if they can come back from this, he doesn’t know. Theresa didn’t know Ted was going to do this. Theresa tells Eve she should have lied to protect Brady. Theresa tells Brady this whole mess is because of Eve.

Claire Make Another Move On Tripp

Days Of Our Lives’ Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) apologizes to Tripp (Lucas Adams), then grabs him and kisses him. Tripp pulls back and asks Claire what she is doing. Claire admits that she knows Tripp wants to be with Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and not her.

Tripp tells Claire that night they almost hooked up was the worst night of his life. Claire admits to having feelings for Tripp now. Claire doesn’t think Tripp’s feelings for her went away. Tripp tells Claire she might be right but he wants to be with Ciara.

Tripp tells Claire he is not going to give up, he’s going to make things right when they find her. Tripp is going to hang flyers, Claire doesn’t want to go, she’s upset because Tripp chose Ciara and tries to joke about it.

Hope And Rafe Visit Clyde

Days Of Our Lives’ Hope (Kristian Alfonso) says she needs to find Ciara now, she and Rafe (Galin Gering) leave. Hope and Rafe go to see Clyde (James Read), he says he knows where Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) is. Clyde claims to not know that Ben was released.

Hope tells Clyde that he thinks Ben has her daughter. Rafe sees that Ben has not visited Clyde. Clyde want to know why he should help Hope. Clyde says he has no way to get in touch with Ben.

Hope asks Clyde to make a public appeal to Ben. Clyde tells Hope no and she attacks him. Hope checks in, no one has seen Ciara. Rafe checks on Ciara’s phone and sees it was on, they try to trace it.

Ciara Talks Ben Down

Ben asks why Ciara has a knife. Ciara tells Ben he gave the knife to her. Ciara tells Ben she knows he won’t hurt her. Ben tells Ciara that maybe the meds keep him from seeing clearly. Ben thinks maybe he hasn’t changed at all. Ciara tries to get Ben to calm down and relax.

Ciara tells Ben that he did all that hard work in the institution. Ben starts seeing and hearing Clyde who tells him Ciara is just like Abby (Marci Miller). Ciara tells Ben that Clyde is not there just like she’s not handcuffed to the bed. Clyde tries to tell Ben that Hope and Ciara set him up.

Clyde tells Ben that everyone is out to get him. Ciara reaches for the phone. Clyde shows Ben a necktie and tells him to put a stop to their plans. Ben tells Clyde he can’t hurt Ciara. Ben says Ciara has been decent to him. Clyde keeps pushing and wants him to set the cabin on fire.

Ben sees Ciara reach for the phone, Clyde tells him to stop her. Ciara pull the knife and tells Ben to stay away from her. Ben takes Ciara’s hand, she tells him they are the only ones there. Ciara explains to Ben that he has a chemical imbalance and begs him to fill his prescription.

Ben agrees and asks Ciara if this is a trick, she tells him no, she will be right there when he gets back. Ciara turns off the phone and promises not to go anywhere. Ben apologizes to Ciara, she’s glad she could talk him down. Ben tells Ciara she’s good at that. Ciara tries to calm herself down and waits for Ben to get back. Ciara doses off to sleep. Ciara wakes up and the cabin is on fire.

Eve Wants The Killer’s Identity

Eve and Brady go home and discuss court. Brady asks Eve if she thinks he killed Deimos. Brady tells Eve of Victor’s plan but how it didn’t work. Eve wants to know how Brady got the amulet. Brady says he got if from the person who did kill Deimos.
