Days of Our Lives RECAP for Tuesday, May 1: Gabby Makes a Deal with Hope

The Days of Our Lives recap begins today with Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) at the hospital.

Jennifer Demands Answers from Stefan

Jennifer wants to go see Stefan (Tyler Christopher). Eric doesn’t think it’s a good idea but she has something she wants to say to him. Jennifer berates Stefan. Jennifer tells Stefan he raped Abby (Marci Miller) and demands answers. Later, Jennifer thanks Steve for finding Abby.

Steve Talks to Eric About His Blindness

Days of Our Lives’ Steve (Stephen Nichols) comes in and speaks to Eric. They talk about Steve’s blindness. Kayla tells Eric that she got the page and Eric enquires about Brady (Eric Martsolf). Steve and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) have a heart to heart talk about his blindness.

Gabby Makes a Deal with Hope

Days of Our Lives Dr. Laura (Marci Miller) is talking to Gabby (Marci Miller), she tells her she had to step in and devised a permanent solution. Dr. Laura cut off the air supply to Kate (Lauren Koslow), Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Vivian (Louise Sorel). Dr. Laura tells Gabby that if the plan works, Abby will never know. Dr. Laura wants to blame Stefan for murder to keep Gabby from going to prison. Dr. Laura threatens to kill Stefan. Gabby and Dr. Laura fight for control. Hope tells Abby she won’t see Stefan until they get answers where Marlena, Kate, and Vivian are. Gabby wants full immunity for her and Stefan. Trask agrees to immunity except to Andre’s (Thaao Penghlis) murder. Gabby wants it in writing and wants one more thing. Trask arranges for Abby to call Stefan.

Marlena, Kate and Vivian Search for Air

Days of Our Lives Kate, Vivian, and Marlena figure out their air supply is cut off. Vivian blames Abby, Kate blames Stefan. Kate and Marlena uncover a possible air vent. Vivian suggests they drink some more since there is a wall behind the vent. Marlena wants to stay positive, John (Drake Hogestyn) will find them. Vivian tells Kate that Andre worked with her for a year so Stefan could take over Dimera Enterprises. Kate and Vivian argue, then Vivian passes out.

Trask Demands Abby and Stefan’s Release

Days of Our Lives John, Paul (Christopher Sean), and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) brainstorm about where Marlena, Kate and Vivian can be. The D.A (Laura Kai Chen) shows up and demands answers to Abby and Stefan being held. Hope tells Trask what they think happened, she demands they be released. John informs her they aren’t going anywhere until Marlena is found. John, Paul and Hope go back to the mansion to search. John gets that door open and all three ladies are passed out.
