Days of Our Lives: Marlena Is Shot! Kristen DiMera Crashes Jarlena’s Wedding

“Days of Our Lives” this week is going to be eventful, mainly revolving around the much-awaited wedding of John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall). Despite the setbacks, Jarlena still makes it to the altar, but the ceremony is interrupted with chaos. A recast Kristen DiMera turns up alive and crashes the nuptials.

Susan (Stacy Haiduk) makes a surprise appearance at Marlena’s bachelorette party and sets an ominous mood when she reads everyone’s tarot card. As if that is not enough to upset Marlena, Susan also visits her in the morning of her wedding to bring some bad news—Kristen is alive, and she visited Susan at the sanitarium.

Marlena says it could be just part of Susan’s medications, which might have caused her to see things. She believes it is quite impossible for Kristen to survive the fall. While Susan feels Kristen’s visit was real, she agrees that Marlena is probably right that it was just her hallucinations.

“Days of Our Lives” head writer Ron Carlivati earlier confirmed that Kristen is out there, and he reveals that it is most likely that the character will appear during the week of John and Marlena’s wedding. Now, spoilers confirm that Kristen is alive and will be one of the special guests coming to stir up things during Jarlena’s big event.

Before Kristen arrives, Sami is the first one to crash the wedding. With a gun in her hand, she appears out of her right mind to stop the wedding, uttering nonsense words like “I’m going to find her, I’m not going to let her do this.” She warns that there is an impending grave danger. However, her warning comes a bit too late as Kristen arrives shortly after her, with a gun in her hands as well.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say that Sami and Kristen will come face to face, pointing their guns at each other. However, when shots are fired, Marlena falls down, and John is horrified.

“We wanted to give the audience everything, so there will be total chaos at this wedding and all hell will break loose,” Carlivati teases.
