“Days Of Our Lives” (DOOL) recap for Wednesday, May 9, 2018, reveals with Abby (Marci Miller) who is distraught over Andre (Thaao Penghlis), Chad (Billy Flynn) is trying to comfort her.

Chad Learn How The DID Split Happened

Abby doesn’t remember what happened next, Dr. Laura (Marci Miller) emerges. Chad wants to know what happened next, Dr. Laura begins to explain as they walk through the building and to Gabi’s (Camila Banus) offices, this is where Gabby (Marci Miller) began.

Vivian Pulls A Gun On Kate

Days of Our Lives’ Vivian (Louise Sorel) wants to know if Kate (Lauren Koslow) is going to join her. Kate turns Vivian down telling, she has ruined her life for the last time. Vivian pulls a gun on Kate. Kate tries to talk Vivian down and finally lunges for the gun, they began to struggle for it.

J.J. Feels Frustrated

Days Of Our Lives J.J. (Casey Moss) runs into Lani (Sal Stowers), she misses him and wishes he was the baby’s father. Lani leaves and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) comes in and informs J.J. that Abby is sick. Jennifer tells J.J. what Chad and Abby are doing. J.J. feels so helpless, Jennifer wants to know what happened with Lani and assures him it is ok to grieve over the paternity results.

Eli And Lani Talk

Days Of Our Lives’ Eli (Lamon Archey) goes to see Gabi, she wants him to leave. Later, Lani and Eli are discussing the baby, she tells him about running into JJ. Eli tells Lani it gets harder to see Gabi too, she is hurt badly and still in the infirmary. Eli and Lani go for ice cream.

I Still Love You

Days Of Our Lives’ Rafe (Galen Gering) asks Hope (Kristian Alfonso) where Abby is, he finds out she was let go. Rafe is upset, Hope explains that she has a patrol car outside. Hope tries to tell Rafe that Abby will confess if she remembers. Rafe informs Hope that he will never sign the annulment papers.

It’s Complicated

Days Of Our Lives’ Rafe tells Gabi that Abby has DID. Gabi demands Rafe call Abby and get a confession. Gabi begs Rafe to get her out of there.

Gabby Says Goodbye

Days of Our Lives’ Stefan (Tyler Christopher) shows up in the park where Chad and Dr. Laura are. Laura keeps Chad and Stefan from fighting. Dr. Laura informs Chad and Abby that only one person can survive. Chad pleads with Laura to let Abby get the treatment she needs. Laura says Chad needs to let this play out. Stefan pleads to Gabby to resurface, she takes the wig. Gabby is only there to say goodbye. Gabby tells Stefan there is not going to be an us, she had a real life because of him, she tells him goodbye and kiss him, then collapses in Chad’s arms. Abby comes back to Chad.
