Days of Our Lives Comings and Goings: Billy Flynn Is Leaving?

Days of Our Lives comings and goings indicate that Billy Flynn is leaving the hit NBC soap. In fact, reports say that the actor will be stepping down from his role as Chad DiMera.

Apparently, there are some behind the scenes developments which suggests Billy is leaving in order to pursue other opportunities in the entertainment industry.  Chad has had a rollercoaster of a time in Salem.

After it was revealed that Chad and Abigail were looking to plan their future together, he ended up getting hypnotized by Marlena, but was also brainwashed by Andre after he hijacked one of their sessions. He was also forced to break up with Abigail during the same time Sami stole the DiMera fortune. And now it looks like Andre might be helping Chad “from the other side.”

Even though he is dead, Kate has been seeing visions of him and in those visions Andre has been trying to encourage her to help Chad out, even though she’s also on the side of the two people who are trying to ruin his life.

Billy’s last day is supposedly sometime in mid-October, which means that fans will continue to see him on the small screen until the end of the year. So far neither Billy Flynn nor the producers of Days of Our Lives have made any comments about the actor’s departure. Of course, fans will just have to tune in to find out what will happen next for Chad.
