When Seb tells Eileen (Sue Cleaver) that Phelan has a gun in his toolbox, she takes action; are the consequences deadly? And, what will the desperado do when yet another busy body decides to report him in connection with Andy’s disappearance? Finally, Steph (Tisha Merry) is back; will she be the one to put an end to Phelan’s reign of terror?

Anna Windass (Debbie Rush) takes her leave of Corrie in January, but will she depart with a whimper or a bang?
Todd (Bruno Langley) is also gone from the cobbles although TPTB have provided a hint regarding his exodus: perhaps he got into some major trouble off-screen, never to be seen again?
Fans can expect fan fave Aidan Connor (Shayne Ward) to depart later in the year when his contract runs out in the spring. Details surrounding his exit are being kept hush-hush.
Following Aiden in the spring will be Eva (Catherine Tyldesley) in the summer, after a seven year run. Could it have something to do with her pregnancy and/or baby daddy?
And what becomes of Billy (Daniel Brocklebank)? Will he ever regain his mobility or Summer (Matilda Freeman)?
Or will Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) succeed in ruining his life first?
