According to reports, the show has had it’s strongest week yet with 4.84 million viewers tuning in for the week of January 19. Of course, The Young and the Restless’ strong ratings shouldn’t surprise anyone, especially with all of the strong storylines right now.

For weeks, Jack and Ashley were feuding over control of Jabot, yet little did they know that they would end up working together to fight off evil Graham Bloodworth. With their mother Dina’s health and even her fortune in jeopardy, the entire Abbott family worked together to try and stop Graham from trying to take their mother away from them. Viewers were shocked to see Graham die after he was on the receiving end of his own deadly syringe. He wanted to kill Dina, but thankfully he ended up dying instead.
That’s not the only storyline that has fans excited right now. It looks like JT and Victoria are getting very close with one another again. And that’s not just because they are dealing with their teenage son Reed’s problems. Apparently, they are trying to rekindle their romance in the same fashion as Lily and Cane are.
Meanwhile, The Young and the Restless will celebrate its 45th anniversary in March. It’s without a doubt that the show’s frontrunners are planning plenty of surprises, a few trips down memory lane and of course, some old fan favorites back to Genoa City. At least, that’s what fans are hoping to see soon!
