As we all know, Pam Douglas and Quinn Forrester have been at each other’s throat lately. They both have a rocky past and are capable of doing crazy things. Donna Logan will be hesitate to go along with Pam’s plan due to being worried about how Quinn will react if she catches on. Pam has really not thought everything through.
