Bold and the Beautiful Recap Friday, December 21: Maya’s Parents Stunned By Divorce News, Julius Asks What Happened

“Bold and the Beautiful” (BB) recap for Friday, December 21, 2018, reveals that over at Steffy Forrester Spencer’s (Jacqueline Wood) place, Steffy is appalled by what Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is suggesting.

B&B Spoilers – Steffy Furious At What Hope Wants

Hope thinks Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) is still dangerous and does not want her at Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) for the holidays. Steffy tells Hope she has some nerve trying to call the shots at her family’s home. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) appears and can feel the tension. Steffy informs Liam that Hope does not want her mother at her granddad’s for Christmas. Steffy let’s Hope know Taylor has been apart of the family long before any of them came along and she is not going to erase her mother. Liam points out to Hope that it is a little extreme. Liam feels like he has overreacted in this situation and knows Taylor would never hurt a child.

Bold and The Beautiful Steffy Reveals Adoption Plans

Steffy then reveals she is thinking about adopting so Kelly can grow up with a sister. She says she has an appointment to look further into it. Steffy says she is not turning her back on her mother.

B&B Reese Comforts Taylor

At ll Giardino, Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) and Taylor Hayes chat. He wants to be there for her and help her with whatever battles she is facing. They get to learn a little more about each other. Then talks turn to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) trying to keep her away from her granddaughter. Taylor reveals that she lost a daughter in a car accident. Dr. Reese then tries to convince Taylor to stay in town. She tells him that she did something horrible that Brooke is hanging over her head. He comforts her and they kiss.

Bold and Beautiful Brooke Stunned by Maya’s News

At Forrester Creations, Maya Avant Forrester (Karla Mosley) and Brooke Logan Forrester chat about Maya and Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) getting a divorce. Brooke is stunned because she didn’t know Maya and Rick were even having problems. Brooke hugs an emotional Maya. Maya’s parents appear and are excited to see her and her family. Maya reveals to them that she and Rick are getting a divorce.

Brooke Invites Maya To Stay With Her

They ask where Maya is staying and she says at a hotel. Brooke tells her she is coming to her place to stay. Julius Avant (Obba Babatunde) thought Maya and Rick would make it and wants to know why they are splitting. He wants to make sense of it. Maya apologizes for dropping this bombshell on them. Brooke tells Maya once apart of the family always apart of the family.
