Women Crush Wednesday: Check Out EastEnders’ Star Lacey Turner’s Hot Pics!

Lacey Turner was born on the 28th of March 1988, in London. She is best known for her iconic role as Stacey Slater in EastEnders, which she joined the cast in 2004 and still plays to this day. With minor breaks off the show,  she has become a regular.

It has always been a childhood dream of the actress to appear on the show, growing up mere streets away from the square’s set in London. From the age of ten she attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London and has pursued her dream ever since.

At just seventeen years of age she won The Best Actress Award making her the youngest to ever do so, she went on to win this four more times.

She has won a total of 34 soap awards which is more than any other British soap actress.

Stacey Slater has been given many emotional and often heart breaking roles, most notably her portrayal of mental health. A suffer of bi-polar and how that affected her motherhood.

The actress branched out of soap life in 2013 when she joined Our Girl, an emotional TV drama about the British Army.

This was widely considered a success. The actress uses her social media platform to gain awareness for issues raised on this show, feminism, and sexism within the army.

Lacey has been with her partner Matt Kay since she was fifteen years old, and the pair are now happily engaged. The engagement took place on a romantic trip to Italy last September and Lacey was so excited that “she couldn’t stop crying.” But will there be motherhood in the future for the soap actress? She has said: “I am ready for Motherhood and I want four children – Matt wants three.”

Will this affect her role on EastEnders or will the show introduce another tiny Fowler into the mix?
