Hey, “General Hospital” (GH) fans! Want to see what to expect on the “GH”  Thursday, November 30, 2017, episode?  Well, it’s time for Spinelli to return and It is clear that Spinelli has no doubt in his mind who he is looking at when he sees Patient 6 and says, “It’s you!”
