General Hospital RECAP Friday, April 28: Tracy Gets Knocked Out, Goes on Trial, Defends Herself in Dream Sequence

Friday begins with Tracy (Jane Elliott) packing a bag. She taking family photo’s off the shelf but not AJ’s. Tracy is hitting the road and taking the painting with her. Tracy places white roses on Lila’s grave. She’s the last one standing of the Quartermaine’s. Tracy says she has a heart and they should have appreciated her more. A piece of metal falls off hitting Tracy in the head, knocking her out cold. Tracy dreams she’s in court

Ned (Wally Kurth) tells the Immigration Officer that he obtained a VISA extension for Samira (Ivy Natalia). The officer leaves after confirming it’s valid. Monica (Leslie Charleson) tells Ned he impressed her. Ned tells Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) to bring Samira home and Kiki (Hayley Erin) is welcome to join them. Time to resolve things and can’t do it without Tracy.

Tracy wakes up to Scott’s voice at the courthouse. Nathan (Ryan Paevey) as the Bailiff tells them it’s time for court. Tracy confused as to what she had done. Diane (Carolyn Hennsey) reads the obituary to Tracy as she died from blunt forced trauma. This is judgment day for Tracy. If the good outweighs the bad she gets a redo. Sonny (Maurice Benard) is the judge. Tracy says this is a mistake she wasn’t ready to die. The first flashback is Sonny telling Tracy to watch her back. Diane says Tracy squandered her chance in life. More flashbacks of Tracy with Allan, Lila, Monica and Edward. Scott admits that Luke (Tony Geary) inspired growth in Tracy. A flashback of Luke telling Tracy “I love you”.

Tracy fires Scott saying she doesn’t need a man to define her. Tracy talks about her wonderful sons. A flashback of Ned telling Tracy she only cares about herself. The infamous scene of Tracy refused to give Edward his pills during his heart attack. Tracy hated she disappointed Lila at times. Tracy finally tells them this is enough.

Dillon, Kiki and Samira walk in the living room and start chatting. Samira notices the painting is gone. She’s trying to interrupt them as Monica walks in. Samira tells them the painting is gone. Monica says 3 guesses as who took it. Ned walks in and they update them. Ned makes a phone call and discovers Tracy was flying to Costa Rica. Ned canceled the flight plan. They all think the worst of Tracy. Ned tells them not to write Mother off yet.

Tracy is looking toward a bright light admitting to being selfish and greedy but she can do more. Tracy doesn’t want to come back as Sky’s baby or a flatworm. Tracy wants to come back as herself Tracy continues to speak into the bright light telling Daddy she wanted to please him. She wonders what her life would have been like if she had just been herself. She wants one last chance.
