This is Us Season 2 episode 10 “Number Three” Fall Finale spoilers say that now it’s time for Randall Pearson to come to terms with his past. As a matter of fact, it looks like the This is Us Season 2 Episode 10 will be all about Randall, both in the present day and the past. And apparently, viewers will need to arm themselves with several boxes of tissues because this one is going to be a heart-wrenching one to watch.

‘Number Three’ will focus on Randall and Beth. According to a short synopsis, Randall and Beth have to face the biggest challenge of their marriage yet while a flashback teaser shows Jack Pearson taking his son Randall on a college tour. The episode will take place in both the present day and in a 1997 flashback.

While we won’t be seeing any crossover scenes with Randal’s siblings Kevin and Kate, we will be seeing Randall have an emotional breakdown over the loss of control of his life. Jack and Randall take a father and son journey to the HBCU set. It’s pretty apparent from the start that Jack wants his son to attend an Ivy league school. After all, Randall is Jack’s pride and joy. But looking at Randall’s face, he has other plans in mind. Randall is about to tell his father something very important until they are interrupted by a phone call that Kevin has blown out his knee.

There’s also another holiday flashback in which Randall is about 10 years old, which happens to be good timing as this episode is the last one until Christmas. Either way, fans will get a better insight of Randall and his secret struggles that he’s kept to himself while growing up with the Pearson family.
