The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers Tuesday October 3: Alice Hit By Car – Tessa Crushed by Crystal’s Fate – Nick's Shocking Discovery“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, October 3, tease that Dina (Marla Adams) and Jack (Peter Bergman) will have another argument. At Jabot, the mother and son bicker about whether Graham (Max Shippee) is trustworthy. Talk turns to Jack and Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) romance, which Dina still doesn’t approve of.

Meanwhile, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) catches up with Gloria (Judith Chapman). She wants to know if he’s dating anyone, so he pokes his nose in her business as well. Gloria hints that Graham is only looking for friendship and Jack has moved on with Nikki. She jokes about becoming a cat lady, but Kevin offers encouragement. They mention Bella (Gia Poeme) and share a hug.

At Newman Enterprises, Abby (Melissa Ordway) discusses her concerns with Victor (Eric Braeden). Something’s clearly up with Zack (Ryan Ashton). Victor warns Abby to always trust her instincts in situations like this. She brings up Nikki and wonders if Victor should look to the future.

At the athletic club, Nick (Joshua Morrow) speaks to the bank manager over the phone. They’re trying to get to the bottom of the missing money. Nick runs into Nikki and they grumble about the problems Victor has caused. Afterward, Nick spots Victor in the gym and they face off. Vic makes vague comments about the price Nick is paying and how he could lose everything.

Gloria meets with Victor, who suggests maybe Jabot isn’t the best place for her. Gloria wonders if another offer is on the table. Later, Nick and Kevin butt heads over what went down with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Once Kevin walks off, Nick spots Victor and Gloria sitting at a table. He watches them clink their glasses and tells the bank manager he knows who hacked his account.

In a vehicle, Sharon (Sharon Case) explains that she’s giving Alice (Tamara Clatterbuck) a head start before she calls the police. Alice gripes, but Sharon argues that the girls need to get out of this mess. After Alice takes off, Sharon meets up with Paul (Doug Davidson) at her place. She reveals Alice’s role in the sex ring and Paul turns his attention to Crystal (Morgan Obenreder).

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) also hear Crystal’s fate. She needs to enter the witness protection program if she wants to stay safe. Tessa embraces her sister as they bid each other farewell. Paul comforts Sharon as she mulls over how Dylan (Steve Burton) faced the same outcome. Crystal is eventually led away to set up a new identity.

At Alice’s house, Leon (Renes Rivera) takes orders from Zack (Ryan Ashton) over the phone. Alice shows up later and gets a call from Zack. He reveals that the girls have been moved and points her to an envelope outside. There’s plenty of cash in it. Alice gets in her car, but she’s followed by Leon. After he jumps in the seat next to her, Alice decides to make a break for it. She steps out and is hit by a speeding car! Back at the house, the cops arrive to search the premises.

At Jabot, Nikki spars with Dina briefly before complaining to Jack. He feels like she’s getting her fire back, but Nikki is still frustrated by Victor.
