The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Kristoff St. John Gives Update On His Health – Vows To Stay Positive

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Kristoff St. John is doing well. Fans were concerned about his mental health. Even though it was a scary time, the actor is doing much better and gave an update. He also thanked his followers for their love and support.

St. John and his ex-wife, Mia, have lived through unimaginable tragedy. Their son, Julian, struggled with schizophrenia. The anniversary of his death is approaching. No matter how many years pass, a parent can never get over a child’s death. The grief is forever and the anniversary getting closer caused a lot of emotions to come up.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that after being discharged from the hospital, the actor is recovering. He assured fans that he has read their comments and is amazed by the love and support.

“Thank you to all my friends on FB, social media and beyond. I’m in awe of the outpouring of love. I have read your amazing comments and have seen wonderful pictures and inspirational quotes and words that you have given me. You have helped me more than you will ever know.”

He added that during the past few weeks, he has made great progress. He is healthy and doing better each day.

“This was some serious family love that you showed me. I will never, ever go back in time to repeat such dark behavior. I love my family and friends way too much. Thank you for supporting me and standing by the St. John family.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Kristoff St. John had some words of wisdom for others. He wrote, “fall seven times, rise eight.”
