The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Billy’s Reckless Behavior Pushes Jack And Phyllis Back Together

Billy (Jason Thompson) wants to block Jack (Peter Bergman) on ‘The Young and the Restless’. The actions he’s taken to obtain confidential Jabot business information will help Brash and Sassy in the short-term, but also jeopardize his relationship with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and further alienate an already estranged older brother.

The moment Jack confirms what Billy has been doing he’ll be more than furious. This CEO will seek full prosecution for theft of his company’s property.

It appeared as though Billy turned a moral corner in recent months. Instead of him being the perpetual lout, he was actually the victim. As Y&R viewers recall, Cane (Daniel Goddard) was the one who sabotaged Billy’s DARE commercial shoot, made Billy look bad and nearly sunk Brash and Sassy.

Interestingly, as part of the current storyline, Vickie (Amelia Heinle) is actually encouraging her multiple-time husband to cross moral lines. She greenlighted him to do whatever it took to fight Jabot as part of her plan to keep her company afloat. She’s also hoping to win Billy back through these efforts as well.

Phyllis will be aghast when she learns that Billy used her corporate laptop, on two different occasions, to download Jabot’s business plans. Currently, she believes that Billy is above reproach.

Vickie is using classic Newman strategy. One game hiding another, as she employs Billy against a rival, Jack, with the additional intent of destroying another foe, Phyllis, as well.

Billy’s impulsive nature took hold when he decided to use Dina’s (Marla Adams) password a few weeks ago. Madame Mergeron’s recent reveal, even though it was actually Graham’s (Max Shippee) doing, as the photo gatherer, will convince Jack that she’s attacking Jabot. Though that’s not the case at all.

But a series of events which haven’t yet developed will eventually confirm that Billy is the troublemaker. Once that happens, Jack and Phyllis will jointly come down on the man who actually hadn’t evolved. At that point, with whatever happens between Billy and Vickie, the possibility of a resurgent ‘Phack’ will exist as well.
