‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, January 4: Fenmore’s Vulnerable, Jack Ready to Strike – Hilary Clings to Hope, Won’t Leave Devon’s Side

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, January 4, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will be ready to pounce. He’s been mulling over the idea of taking over Fenmore’s lately. Now Jack feels the time is right. He’ll discuss the issue with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and insist that they have to make their move. Fenmore’s is vulnerable, so this is their best chance to strike.

Ashley may have lingering concerns about Jack’s plan. She’ll hate the thought of hurting Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman), but Jack might argue that she’ll get over it. Regardless, he’ll think his scheme could give Jabot a major boost. Jack will maintain that the payoff will be worth it in the end.

Elsewhere, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will promise to help Lauren in any way she can. She’ll think she brings a unique set of skills to the table. Phyllis will be excited about showing Lauren what she has to offer. Lauren will undoubtedly be happy to hear Phyllis’ optimism. She needs all the support she can get at the moment.

Phyllis will contend that she’s going to help Lauren take the company to the top. Of course, they could run into trouble if Jack has anything to say about it. Luckily, Phyllis may be able to combat the threat. She knows Jack better than almost anyone. Perhaps Phyllis can thwart Jack’s plot or at least convince him to back off.

Meanwhile, Ashley will try to get through to Ravi (Abhi Sinha). When she realizes his crush is getting out of control, it appears Ash will take care of it. She’ll attempt to put Ravi in his place on Wednesday’s Y&R episode. Ravi will just have to get used to the idea of being strictly friends and colleagues.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will refuse to leave Devon’s (Bryton James) side. She’ll assure Devon that he won’t be alone throughout his ordeal. Hilary feels partially responsible for her husband’s predicament. She hopes that she can make things right, but she’s facing an uphill battle.

Has Hilary truly changed and can she prove it? We’ll have to wait and see, but getting Devon well is everyone’s main goal. “The Young and the Restless” rumors hint that Devon’s family will receive updates on some good news soon.
