‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 31: Jack Disgusted, Gloria Keep a Secret – Jill Blasts Lauren – Colin Pushes Cane’s Buttons

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, January 31, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) is in for a shock. In a suite at the athletic club, Jack determines that he must’ve hooked up with Gloria (Judith Chapman) last night. She shows him bite marks on her shoulder as proof.

They’re both dealing with a hangover as they discuss the aftermath. Gloria thinks they should keep this quiet and Jack is more than willing to do so. Meanwhile, Colin (Tristan Rogers) tracks down Jill (Jess Walton) in the dining room. She tells him about Lily’s (Christel Khalil) contract and notes that Cane (Daniel Goddard) isn’t exactly thrilled.

After Colin dashes off, Jack comes downstairs. Jill has a brief chat with him and learns that he’s investing in Fenmore’s. She can’t believe that she wasn’t told about any of this. Jill explains that she could’ve given Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) the necessary funds. Jack suggests that it’s all over now, but Jill isn’t ready to let Lauren make this deal.

Later, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) sees Gloria and wonders what she’s doing at the club. Jack walks by and Michael asks Gloria to fill him in on what happened last night. Gloria essentially tells Michael to mind his own business.

At Lauren’s place, Jill marches in and demands to know why she wasn’t kept in the loop. She mentions running into Jack earlier. Lauren doesn’t think she needs Jill’s approval, but Jill quickly points out that she most certainly does.

At the office, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) talk about a new ad campaign that Lily will be featured in. The discussion shifts to the topic of Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) make-out session. Billy reminds Victoria that she embarrassed her son in front of a girl. He believes she needs to patch things up with Reed.

Across town, Reed hangs out with Zoey (Annalisa Cochrane) at Crimson Lights. She shows him a meme she made with some friends. Reed isn’t pleased to see Victoria as a witch. He doesn’t think it’s good for her business. Zoey debates it, but eventually offers an apology.

Reed wonders if Zoey will spend time with him again soon. He’s not worried about Victoria’s view of his love life. Billy shows up later and Reed gripes about Victoria humiliating him. He doesn’t feel like Victoria really cares about him. Reed insists that what Victoria did was unforgivable.

Lily makes her way over to GC Buzz with Cane. They tell Devon (Bryton James) about the modeling contract. Devon learns Lily is resigning from her position at the club and notes that he’s proud of her. Cane is supportive during this meeting, but Lily questions him in private. He promises that her happiness is what he wants.

After their conversation wraps up, Cane gets a text from Colin. He realizes his father is back in town and doesn’t look pleased by the news. Back at Brash and Sassy, Lily gets updates on some Valentine’s Day appearances and interviews. Victoria can tell she’s hesitant. Lily admits she always complained when Cane missed special days with the kids.

Nevertheless, Lily confirms that Victoria can count on her. She intends on doing whatever it takes for this job. Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Cane will catch up with Colin. At the Chancellor mansion, Colin wonders how Cane truly feels about Lily’s contract. He pushes until Cane yells that they’ll all have to turn their lives upside down.

Colin teases that both of them married up, but Cane isn’t in the mood for his father’s typical antics. Y&R rumors hint that more trouble is brewing for Cane and Lily. Stay tuned to see what’s in store.
