‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 3: Lily Blasts Hilary, Blames Her for Devon’s Crash – Victoria Fills Victor in on Reed’s Situation

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, January 3, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will try to get some answers from Victoria (Amelia Heinle). He’ll mention that Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) suddenly showed up on her doorstep. Victor will just want to know what’s going on.

Victoria will give Victor updates on the situation Reed is facing. He doesn’t want to move to Warsaw with his dad, so he’s asked Victoria if he can stay with her in Genoa City. Victoria plans on taking Reed in as long as JT (Thad Luckinbell) is OK with it.

While Victor processes Victoria’s revelation, Lily (Christel Khalil) will get some bad news. She’ll hear about Devon’s (Bryton James) horrible car accident and the fact that it left him critically injured. Lily will explode when she realizes Devon’s life is at stake. She’ll insist that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) is to blame.

Tuesday’s Y&R preview video shows Lily shouting, “It’s because of you that he was in that car! If he doesn’t make it through, it’s on you!” Hilary might try to defend herself, but she’ll be struggling with some guilt deep down. Her actions put Devon on this dark path.

Devon will make it out of surgery, but his condition will still be quite serious. Hilary will eventually visit an unconscious Devon’s beside. She’ll hate the idea of him being hooked up to all those machines. Hilary will feel more remorse than ever as she makes a tearful plea. She might promise to be a better person if Devon will just come back to her.

Of course, Hilary isn’t sure if they can repair their relationship. She told one lie too many and she’s paying the price. Hilary won’t be certain she can win Devon over this time, but she’ll know he needs to pull through. It’s the only way they have a shot at their “happily ever after.”

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers state that plenty of challenges lie ahead. Devon may have a long road to recovery. Hilary will undoubtedly support Devon if he’ll let her. She’ll be on a mission to prove she’s turning her life around.
