Lauren insists she didn’t want to share that burden with her husband. Gloria agrees to keep her mouth shut and mentions helping out. Lauren suspects that Gloria is trying to blackmail her way into a job. Gloria contends that’s not the case.
Jack (Peter Bergman) arrives and is taken aback when Gloria answers the door. He tells Lauren that he’s there to talk about investing in Fenmore’s. Lauren points out that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) has a new position with her. She suggests Jack wouldn’t want to get tangled up in a business arrangement with his ex.

At Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) place, she scolds Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) for running off after school. He says Billy (Jason Thompson) was in the loop and picked him up from the music store later. Reed doesn’t think it was a big deal.
Billy speaks with Victoria alone and urges her to cut Reed some slack. He brings up the fact that they almost kissed on New Year’s Eve. Billy feels like Victoria is a bit rattled, but she maintains that she’s fine.
After Billy exits, Reed starts playing his electric guitar and blows a fuse. He encourages Victoria to call Billy and ask for help. She doesn’t want to, but eventually caves in. At Jabot, Billy tells Ashley (Eileen Davidson) about the Reed situation. He also mentions that Victoria wants to keep him at a distance.
Billy gets a call and heads back to Victoria’s place. He gets their power up and running before handing Reed some headphones. Billy also gives Victoria a pair of earplugs. He’s hoping Victoria and Reed will find their groove soon.
Back at Jabot, Jack answers his phone. It’s Gloria and she’s got surprising news. Gloria suggests that she can help Jack get Fenmore’s. She adds that her daughter-in-law doesn’t always know what’s best for her. Of course, Gloria might have a few tricks up her sleeve. “The Young and the Restless” viewers will be anxious to see what she’s cooked up.

Other Y&R spoilers state that Devon (Bryton James) will ask Hilary (Mishael Morgan) what’s wrong. He’s picking up on excessive tension between Hilary and Lily (Christel Khalil). At the hospital, Hilary promises there’s nothing to worry about. Devon asks about GC Buzz, but Hilary has it covered. She just wants Devon to get better.
Devon and Hilary talk about never letting issues come between them. Hilary exits and catches up with Neil (Kristoff St. John). He warns that she’s not going to get away with any of this. Neil is sure that Devon will recall the dirty details in time. Hilary snaps at Neil and insists she’ll continue to be Devon’s wife.
Later, Hilary returns to Devon’s side. He’s puzzled about his recent speeding, but Hilary urges him to rest. Meanwhile, Lily tells Mariah (Camryn Grimes) about Devon’s memory loss. Mariah feels like Hilary is getting off the hook, but Lily thinks her day of reckoning will come. Neil appears and echoes the idea.
It sounds like Hilary still has some tough moments in her future. Y&R rumors hint that Devon and Hilary will face some serious struggles. Stay tuned for updates on the drama ahead.
