At Sharon’s (Sharon Case) place, Scott (Daniel Hall) meets Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and they begin to bond. Nick (Joshua Morrow) isn’t pleased when he spots them getting along. He tells Sharon to keep the accused killer away from Faith, but she insists it’s not his call.
At the coffeehouse, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) praise each other’s costumes. Mariah proposes making plans for some girl time, but Tessa tries to wiggle out of it. Nearby, Victor tells Nick that he bought The Underground’s liquor supplier and won’t be doing the younger Newman any favors. Nick shouldn’t expect to get a good deal on the alcohol he needs from now on.

Back at Crimson Lights, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) fills Billy in on what she’s learned about the sample. The initial lab results revealed that an unregulated manufacturer did a poor job. She doesn’t know who would be reckless enough to cut corners like that.
Later, Ashley confronts Jack (Peter Bergman) and demands to know if he poisoned the face masks. Jack can’t believe that Ash thinks he’s capable of that. Ashley gets updates on the rest of the lab results and suggests that they’re about to find out more info.
Afterward, Dina comes downstairs and gets the album Jack’s been playing off the record player. She sneaks off to The Underground and some liquor bottles spill as she bumps the bar. Dina grabs a match so she can burn a photo of Brent Davis. When she’s done, she slips out and the teens are left inside a burning building!
