The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, May 3: Ashley Considers Jack’s Proposal – Devon Confident About Dina Deal – Victor Ready to Pounce

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, May 3, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will discuss their mom again. This time Jack will bring up Dina (Marla Adams) because of some news he just learned. He’ll inform Ashley that Mergeron Enterprises is now on the market. He’ll wonder why Dina is hoping to pass it along to someone else.

Ashley will indicate that she has no interest in finding out anything about Dina’s life. She’ll suggest that she’d rather forget that part of the past. Jack won’t buy the idea that Ashley doesn’t care. He’ll think this is worth checking out. Wednesday’s Y&R preview video shows Jack asking, “You’re not even a little curious as to why our mother has her company up for sale?”

Ashley will glare at Jack as she considers all of this. She hates the possibility of stirring up Mama drama, but Jack is probably right. Deep down, Ashley would undoubtedly like to know the reason for this sudden sale. Jack may take it a step further and insist that they should make a play for the company.

On their flight, Devon (Bryton James) will be certain that Dina is going to love their pitch. He’ll display overwhelming confidence as he chats with Neil (Kristoff St. John). It’s clear that Devon thinks he has this in the bag. Neil will offer a gentle warning about expectations. He’ll remind Devon that there’s no guarantee they’ll close this deal.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Victor (Eric Braeden) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) will talk about Newman’s goals. It appears they may get updates on Dina’s decision to sell. Abby will look worried as Victor contemplates making a purchase. He’ll point out that they haven’t made a big acquisition in a while. He’ll believe maybe this is a good time.

Dina is already causing quite an uproar, but it’s sure to get worse soon enough. Ashley and Jack will have a lot of issues to hash out with their mom. Traci (Beth Maitland) may want to get in on this as well.
