The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday June 21: Michael’s Case Takes Huge Hit – Nikki Demands Tessa’s Silence – Scott Defends Sharon

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, June 21, tease that Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Leslie (Angell Conwell) will give this case their best shot. In Michael’s office, they have a chance to question everyone involved. Lily (Christel Khalil) confesses that she didn’t know Juliet (Laur Allen) swooped in and saved the Tokyo deal. She looks worried as Leslie works hard for a victory.

Michael suggests that Juliet’s financial woes are the reason for these false claims. He notes that they were both drunk at the time anyway. Leslie grills Cane (Daniel Goddard) about his evening with Juliet. When Cane denies any wrongdoing, Leslie wonders if he’s trying to act like no sex took place. She whips out some security footage that proves Juliet spent the entire night in Cane’s hotel room.

At Newman Enterprises, Abby (Melissa Ordway) asks Victor (Eric Braeden) for updates on Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Victor insists that everything is fine and talk turns to Scott’s (Daniel Hall) involvement at the company. Vic wants Scott to help Abby out with start-up project ideas, but Abby isn’t pleased. They have a tiff about jealousy and loyalty.

Meanwhile, Scott lets Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) know that he won’t tolerate any Sharon (Sharon Case) bashing. If his mom can’t accept their relationship, Scott notes that he won’t be around much. Lauren assures Scott that she can butt out.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon tries to pry some info out of Zack (Ryan Ashton). She fishes for details on his relationship with Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), but Scott contends that he doesn’t even know her all that well. Later, Sharon tells Scott that she has some suspicions. She hopes she can figure out what Zack is hiding.

Scott also shuts down Sharon’s suggestion that Abby might be attracted to him. He insists that Abby hates his guts. Scott leans in and kisses Sharon to show her she’s the only one on his mind. Y&R rumors hint that Scott and Abby may soften toward each other pretty soon. Perhaps Sharon could have some competition after all.

For now, Abby intends to focus on Zack. Outside the coffeehouse, she asks him to come to Nikki’s concert with her, but he’s not interested in attending something with the whole Newman clan. Abby suggests that she’d really like for her family to meet him. Zack eventually gets on board with the plan.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Tessa will be stunned when she finds Nikki on the floor at the ranch. Nikki has been battling severe MS symptoms and she’s not in a good frame of mind. Once Tessa rushes to her side, Nikki refuses to let her call an ambulance. Her personal doctor comes over instead.

Nikki’s doc argues that she needs to bow out of the concert. It’s far too stressful for her right now. Tessa urges her boss to accept the advice, but Nikki feels like she has to go through with it. She insists that Tessa needs to keep quiet about her MS flare-up.

When Victor pops in, he asks Nikki if she’s willing to give him a little concert sample. Nikki struggles to play, but tries to hide her discomfort.
