The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, July 5: Kevin and Chloe Face More Chaos – Victoria Fires Cane – Mattie and Reed Learn Surprising Info

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, July 5, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will reluctantly sign off on the settlement. At Brash and Sassy, Victoria updates Billy (Jason Thompson) before Michael (Christian LeBlanc) shows up. Victoria looks over the paperwork and agrees to the terms.

Juliet (Laur Allen) walks in with Leslie (Angell Conwell) a little later. Victoria offers Juliet a stern warning about blabbing anything. If Juliet spills any news about the case, Victoria will get her money back. Meanwhile, Cane (Daniel Goddard) informs Lily (Christel Khalil) that he’s going to see Juliet. Lily insists Cane can’t do that. She rants about how humiliating all of this has been.

When Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) arrive, Cane gets a request. Mattie is hoping to score an internship at Brash and Sassy. Cane tries to evade the issue. Once they’re alone again, Cane tells Lily that he has to demand a paternity test. They need to know the truth.

Across town, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) flirt in bed. After Lily calls, Jordan apologizes and takes off. Back at Cane and Lily’s place, Jordan shows up to comfort his friend. Lily explains that Juliet (Laur Allen) is pregnant.

Since Lily has stolen Cane’s phone, Jordan looks through it for any incriminating texts. They determine that Cane didn’t push Juliet to have sex with him. Jordan still thinks Cane is a jerk for treating Lily like this. He points out how much her husband has lied. Lily fears it’d be hypocritical of her to hold the cheating against Cane. Nevertheless, the baby drama has really thrown Lily for a loop.

By the pool, Mattie and Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) talk about their goals for the future. When Mattie mentions the Brash and Sassy internship, Reed admits that the company belongs to his mother. Mattie lets Reed know that Cane is her father.

At the office, Cane appears and gets into a heated argument with Billy. Victoria breaks it up and speaks with Cane privately. She notes that their trust has been damaged beyond repair. As Cane’s eyes widen in shock, Victoria declares that he’s fired.

Juliet meets up with Hilary and points out that she can’t say too much. The non-disclosure agreement prevents it. However, Juliet contends that Cane is definitely the father of this baby. She surprises Hilary by suggesting that she’s not going to be a single parent. It seems Juliet fully expects Cane to be involved.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will take action. At Dr. Harris’ (Ron Melendez) place, Chloe bashes him in the head with a Champagne bottle. She tries to make a break for it, but Dr. Harris stops her.

Later, a scorched Kevin (Greg Rikaart) arrives and sees a tranquilized Chloe inside the house. Dr. Harris pulls out his gun, but Kevin wrestles it away from him. He ties up the doc and leads Chloe out of there. Kevin notes that he’s taken care of Dr. Harris and now they’re free.
