The Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday April 19: Phyllis Wants To Be With Billy – Tess Acts Suspiciously – Vicky Wants Billy Back, He Says NO

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, April 19, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will talk to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) about her problems. At Brash and Sassy, Victoria provides updates on Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) anger. She also admits that she blew up at Billy (Jason Thompson), but wants him back. Nikki thinks Victoria can smooth things over.

Meanwhile, Billy and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) chat after their hookup on the couch. When Billy says he thought he wanted to reunite with Victoria, Phyllis hastily urges him to go ahead. Billy contends that Victoria made her position clear.

Besides, Billy likes the ease of his relationship with Phyllis. He can be himself and not worry about impossibly high standards. Phyllis makes out with Billy and they eventually get dressed. She gives him another kiss before he heads to the office.

Back at Brash and Sassy, Victoria tells Billy she’s sorry and asks him to have dinner with her. He’s grateful for the apology, but opts out of the meal together. He walks in the other room and they both seem like they have a lot on their minds.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will spot Sharon (Sharon Case) with Scott (Daniel Hall). At the movie theater, Kevin and Mariah call out to the date-goers. They get the scoop and settle in for the film. Mariah notices Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) sneaking in nearby.

At Top of the Tower, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) gives Devon (Bryton James) and Neil (Kristoff St. John) the contracts for their business. Each of them will own half of the corporation. Michael notes that it’s unusual since Devon is providing most of the startup cash. Neil fears that Devon just feels guilty about the past, but Devon insists it’s because of the experience he brings to the table.

Elsewhere, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Jack (Peter Bergman) debate Victor (Eric Braeden). She’s still thrilled about serving as Newman’s CEO while her father is away. Abby mentions that Victoria seems pretty irritated with Victor right now.

Michael runs into Phyllis and wonders why she’s so cheerful. She confesses that Billy is back in the picture. Michael is concerned about Jack, but Phyllis states that her ex has moved on with Gloria (Judith Chapman).

After Scott and Sharon arrive, they grow closer through a conversation. Nikki fills Jack in on how Scott is helping out with Victor’s memoir. Jack tells Scott he can supply some info. Nikki later pulls Scott aside to talk about the book.

At Crimson Lights, Kevin and Mariah discuss the news of Sharon’s romance. Mariah isn’t sure Scott and Sharon are a great match. She also overhears Tessa gloating on the phone about her new job. Tessa clarifies to Mariah that Nikki hired her as an assistant. Mariah mentions that she saw Tessa creep in the movie theater and lets her meet Kevin.

Kevin and Mariah point out that they’re just friends. Will it stay that way? Y&R rumors hint that Mariah and Devon’s relationship could get derailed soon. What’s next for these characters? Stick with the CBS soap to see the drama ahead.
